There's nothing wrong with using the word "diet". It comes from the Greek word "diaita", meaning way of life. So to lose weight and keep it off we need to change our way of life.

This could be an EXAMPLE OF HOW TO GIVE SHAPE TO THE CHALLENGE:

My goals are exercise 40 mins-5 times a week, eat healthy, incorporate strength training thrice a week.
I'd be happy to lose a pound a week.
Start weight 175 lbs.
Target weight 162 lbs.

OR DOES ANYONE HAVE OTHER IDEAS ON MAKING THE CHALLENGE INTERESTING?! :-)

Start date 17 March 2014

Start Wt. 187 lbs

****10% Weight Loss Phases****
Phase 1 - 187 to 169 lbs
Phase 2 - 169 to 152 lbs
Phase 3 - 152 to 138 lbs
