Yes I have not changed it in a long time.

2016 I will hit the gym 6/7 days a week. I will eat more protein, fruits and veggies. I will really cut back on the carbs.

SparkPeople figures those out for you and gives you a range. I personally aim for low to mid range and by the end of the day I end up at the mid to top of the range. That’s ok. I just keep trying to stay in that range and remember that going over by 100-200 calories is way better than going over by 500-1000 or more. Do you know how to reset your Spark calories once you’ve lost weight...?

Life is happening now, not 10 pounds from now.

230 lbs lost without surgery, crazy diets, diet products, or extreme exercise- so have hope!

I track but I need to get to logging everything that goes in my mouth and measuring.

Agree. Tracking is a nuisance especially when I know I've overdone, but it is a necessary reality check as in yes, I really did eat that much.

And being honest with yourself when you post.....
I have to claim it to know where I stand each day. When I stop journaling I loose my direction and start slipping......

Indygirl suggests:
Tracking is hard sometimes, but don’t give up! If you skip tracking something, Track the next thing you eat. Going over by even a few hundred calories is better than going over by a thousand or more.

I wish I could get myself to be consistent with tracking and staying in range again.
