Monday-I loved Kings' Park! What a gorgeous place. The views from the Federation Walkway were amazing. And the flowers...I must have taken 200 pictures! I'm so glad I brought extra memory cards for this trip as I will need them. The walks were pretty easy today and I am hopeful I will do as well once we hit the trail tomorrow. I wonder how many Spark friends will be on this journey? I haven't seen the total anywhere...I am excited to begin the trek and will try to get some good sleep tonight.

Well today being Sunday for me I allowed myself to sleep most of the day and get rested up for next week. That being said I did walk 1,130 steps today. That is a slow day for me. I just couldn't wake up. I feel so much better for it though. I can't wait to start going tomorrow and see everything there is to see.

See you on the flip side.

sorry I'm late for the latest check in......allergies got the best of me.

Friday was only 1 hour of work out and 10546 steps.
Saturday was 6 hours of yard work including digging holes for rose bushes, hanging my angel in the foyer, preparing the ground and planting 15 packets of seeds, sucking up even more leaves and helping my hubby in the garage and shoring up a leaning tree. I was pooped! Managed 14431 steps.

I'm thinking my allergies are livable here at the the ponderosa but give me fits when i run into Little Rock. It could be the pine trees along the highway. Next trip in I'm going to put the vent back on inside recycle.....should have thought of that sooner....

Which came first, the tornado or the travel trailer??

What a fun day it was today. I went to Rottnest Island. The Quokkas are so cute. I just couldn't get over that they are the size of cats! They were so friendly and we were able to get quite close. I didn't feed them because I didn't want them to get sick. They get their water from the plants that they eat during the summer. One of the plants they eat is called Pigface!

I was able to bring my scooter and get around all over the island. The birds there are just plentiful and very colorful. It was wonderful to see them flying all over. Some of them are like arial acrobats! The nests were easy to spot and some of them were extremely big. Others very small.

There are only 22 different reptiles and amphibians on the island whereas there are over 90 different species in the Perth area alone. Some of them are the Moaning Frog, several legless lizards and even a rare blind snake. I'm very glad that I didn't run into the snakes. Whereas I am not scared of snakes one of them is very poisonous.

The plants and flowers on the island are so pretty. There are several that are found only in WA (Western Australia) and on the island whereas the Rottnest Daisy is grown world round as an ornamental plant. That particular plant is actually related to the carrot. I'm not sure I'd eat it though. It's not that much like a carrot. Between the Wind, Sand, Salt and the grazing of the Quokkas, not to mention natural fires and "wood collecting" by men the biodiversity of the plant life has suffered. The Rottnest Island Authority is actually working on "re-greening" the island with plants that were native there a long time ago.

The Marine life around the island is large and diverse with over 400 different tropical fish species! The extensive sea grass meadows as well as over 20 different types of corals there are a lot of housing for all those fish. There are also Nudibranchs which are a type of sea slug and can be quite colorful as well. The Marine Reserve has huge areas saved for the different areas with over 9 different types of sea grass. There are several different crabs but the best known crustaceans is the Rock Lobsters! Those are caught and flown all over the world but mostly to the USA and Japan for eating. Of course those around the island are protected but the ones on the coast of Australia are harvested. All shells are protected and one is not allowed to collect them in any form. There is also whale watching from the land as the Humpbacks pass right by on their migratory route.

There are several tours and walks one can take to see all the different types of areas as well as chartered dives. There is also golf, museums and galleries as well as cafes and bars. For education at Rottnest there's everything from self guided tours to professional learning courses. It seems that there is something for everyone there.

Even though I had my scooter I also walked 1,118 steps! I'm quite proud of myself. I forgot to use my pedometer until the late afternoon so I know I have more but that's all I can prove. lol

I'm very ready for bed with all that fresh salt air. Why is it that one gets so tired when one is at the ocean? Maybe it's because there's no smog to have to breath through so your body is overcome with oxygen? lol Well with that I bid everyone adieu. It is time for sleep.

Patty

Thank you for creating such an interesting challenge. I am a little confused on how to tally things. Are the exercise minutes in addition to or part of the steps you take each day? I count my exercise as part of my total steps per day. I use an exercise bike as my normal exercise method due to some physical issues.

Weekly check-in:
Group 6-(8,000 steps/day x 4 days/week and 30 minutes exercise 3 x per week)
Steps: Sun 2,500 Mon 9,300, Tues 10,130, Wed 8,100 Thur 8,300, Fri 6,700, Sat 1,500
Step Goal met
Exercise Minutes: Mon 53, Tues 68, Wed 54, Thur 53, Fri 45

So far and the day is not over I have 109,373 steps for the week! This gives me an average of 15624.

I am loving this traveling and being accountable. I had said that I wanted to get 15,000 a day.

IAMAGEMLOVER I am sorry - I honestly missed your questions -
All you really need do is record your steps as steps - and swimming as x min exercise

I've been getting my 10000 steps in today around Perth. The mint was great. I love money LOL.
And the bell tower was great to view. I think I'm ready for a few days to rest up now to prepare for the great hike ahead. I'm really looking forward to it.
I think I'll check out a couple more of those great eaters before heading out and eating from a backpack. However, I did check out the what to pack. That was great info.
I think I'll rest now, take a shower and prepare for the weekend ahead.
To all my fellow trekkers, rest up and I'll see you on the trail Monday!!!

I think I can. I know I can. I will.

Ah, it was lovely to have a nice slow day today. I really loved the Swan Bell Tower. Those bells are really amazing and to think they are "Royal Bells" and came all the way from St Martins-in-the-Fields! It was interesting to learn that they were given for the Bicentennial. I didn't know though that Australia had to give the amount of Tin and Copper so the new bells could be made to get these. Interesting trade. The sound is just lovely and to think about the time to make them is just mind boggling. The ringers must be in great shape in order to ring those bells. I was able to learn that it is best to be able to ring them in order with exactly the same timing between the "peals". Also there are some that do "triplets" within the ringing. The views of the bells as well as looking out upon the city was breathtaking. I didn't know about all the bells in England. Being from America we don't have a lot of bells in our churches and it was interesting to find a site that had 10 or more different bells from the churches in London and the surrounding areas. They all had different tones and pitches.

After that going around the Perth Mint was lovely as well. I wonder if I got some gold dust on me when we watched the pouring. lol Being a stamp collector I am familiar with coin collecting as well. The details on the collections there were fun to see and the way they are displayed is very different than stamps. I have a friend who is a Numismatist. He works for an auction company and authenticates the coins that are being auctioned. I loved the displays and all the details in displaying the bars. It was really fascinating to learn how they pour the gold to make the bars and coins.

Well it was great to get back and rest up. Over the weekend I might take in a movie or something. I am looking forward to the rest of our trek.

Today I only did about 1600 steps. I figure that I'll get plenty over the next few weeks anyway.

The ocean is a mesmerizing body for sure. Kind of puts me in a mellow mood. The pinnacles were totally amazing. I love rocks and different landscapes and these are their own sort of beauty. This was a very interesting day!

120 minutes of cardio, resistance band training and yoga. Then another 30 minutes of stretching prescribed the pain and torture lady........10086 steps for the day and 10 flights of stairs.

Arrrgh. I'm spending so much time walking I haven't had time to look at Perth and log in my exercise. emoticon But at least I'm getting a lot of exercise! LOL

Here is the link to my friend's AT Hike: athike2013.wordpress.com/
Like most blogs you have to scroll backwards to get to the beginning, but all posts are numbered starting with day 1 in March sometime. She posted through day 19 so far.
If you select the "find me" tab at the top it lists her milage every day and where she camped that night, so its a good record for virtual hiking.

Oh WOW! Just when I think this can't get better! The Ocean was so blue and inviting looking. It's much clearer than the beaches in California. Ours are all full of sand so you can't see anything! One always wonders what is underneath you! lol

The Emu was interesting to see that close. I've never been so close to one. Their feathers look more like fur on a feather shaft and their legs were very sturdy looking. I wonder what the skin on their legs feels like. I'm not sure though that I'd really want to get that close to one to find out! lol I loved studying how they walk. It looks like something out of the Star Wars movie when they move. I'm pretty sure they used them for some of the models. lol

Pinnacles Desert at the Nambung National Park was really cool! I've been to Arches National Park in the USA and it reminded me kind of like that. At Pinnacles there were, well these Pinnacles and everything was yellow. I believe it's because of the minerals in the soil and everything around. At Arches there are well, these Arches everywhere. There everything is mostly red. lol So it is really interesting to see what nature can produce all on its own. To think that it takes so long to produce one Pinnacle or one Arch and all without the help of Man. One of the huge things that fascinates me about Pinnacle is that it is Limestone. Limestone is a very soft "stone". It really isn't a true stone at all. It is actually Lime and Calcium from ancient sea shells that are held together by other minerals which is why it is so easy to destroy. One can actually break it with just your hands. At Arches it is true stone and was created by water and glaciers carving the actual stone. Pinnacle though was just amazing. To see all of the pinnacles sticking up out of the ground looked kind of like a giants child was playing with some sticks and forgot to pick them up and put them away.

The walk to Lake Thetis was very interesting. All the little lizards and wildlife in such a desolate area is like a desert. You just have to know where to look. Water rules everything. Going to or away from water is how life out there is run. The change in the scenery was truly stunning to watch. Arriving at the lake it looked like weird looking reefs. The fact that all this was made from Cynobacteria was fascinating and quite amazing. Did you know that our atmosphere today was mostly made out of Cyobacteria photosynthesizing way back in the Archean and Protoazoa Eras? I had no idea. I found it very interesting that we are able to breath all due to bacteria!

http://www.ucmp.berkeley.edu/bacteria/or
igin5.gif

I am very glad that I hired the scooter so I could take the longer trek. I love being outside and in nature. The flora and fauna did not disappoint! The plants are just so different from where I'm from. It is really interesting to see all the different adaptations plants make just to survive. I wonder if the plants have any special adaptations due to the stromatolites being so close. Is the oxygen at a higher level or more easily accessible because of them? I really don't know but it was an interesting question.

Today I only did 1,951 steps but when I got back to my room I did my PT and that took me about a hour. So I still got a good work out in. Also since I did so much the last two days it was good to have a slow day step wise. I can't wait until tomorrow to see what else I get to learn about!

Well this tired trekker is going to sleep. I'll see everyone in the morning.

The chocolate factory was so yummy! Chocolate being my drug of choice, I enjoyed all the samples and spent some money at that store. I will bring some on the trail with me...er, for energy and medicinal purposes of course... I am not a big fan of nougat, but I tried a little bit. I already had my sweet tooth satisfied for the day with all the dark chocolate samples earlier... I don't drink much either, but I did enjoy the wine sampling experience. It was interesting to see 'how' one samples wine properly. The vineyards were pretty too and I got to see my first kangaroos! They were so cool! I walked off some of the calories and enjoyed the peaceful river views. I will sleep well tonight... I hadn't seen Beth (Indygirl) yesterday and was delighted to meet her on the tours today! She is as sweet as I expected. Lovely day all around.

I don't understand the group thing.

Mon 8098 steps
Tue 2142 steps

I usually stagger my walk/ desk cycle/ chair march days for pain control in my lower back/ legs.

That is a tip to all of you who are in chronic pain. You DON"T have to go to your highest EVERY day. Stagger your workouts and vary them. It will enable you to do more. You will work different muscles and not wear out the same ones that way and you will give the ones you are working a rest.

What a wonderful day it was. The chocolate factory reminded me of Ethel Ems in Las Vegas. They have a tour and store as well. Yum. The smell is heavenly and the chocolates were wonderful. Dark chocolate is my favorite. Theirs was wonderful.

I have to say our second stop surprised me. I found out that I actually do like Nougat. I'd never tried it before. It was so smooth and sweet. The flavors were wonderful as well. Yum. I have to say I love this vacation so far. I'm sure glad I hired that scooter though.

I'm not much of a wine drinker but being in the Vineyard has inspired me to go back to my garden and keep working on my grape vine. The vines there were so well kept and lovely. The soil was warm and the whole place smelled so alive and vibrant. I love working in the soil. I'm happiest with my hands in dirt. lol The wine samples were good and different. I believe it is the different soil that makes the different flavor from other areas.

Then in the Chittering Valley the flowers were some I've never seen. I was so excited and took lots of pictures. The views are stunning and the river very melodic. Such peace to be found and a great end to a beautiful day.

I was happy to get back to the hotel I have to say and rest. I was very tired. Even with having the scooter I still walked 2,412 steps. I guess I walk more than I thought I did. Of course with such lovely places to walk it is easy.

Well that's it for tonight. I hope everyone has a great sleep. I can't wait for tomorrow.

Patty

Tuesday.....what a lovely boat ride on a beautiful river. Very peaceful despite lots of people and lots to look at. Must be the water. I love the water!! Looking at all the beautiful homes and seeing all the ships at the port was very interesting. I enjoyed the museum and the fresh seafood lunch.....can never get enough seafood!! All in all it was a beautiful, relaxing day. Still thinking on my souvenir and the pearls and opals are very tempting......of course so is the diamond, but then ya'all would have to come visit me in prison (wonder if they would put me up with one of the ghosts...LOL) as I'd have to hold up a bank to get one of those beauties emoticon emoticon emoticon

Met the goals for today and I still have another hour of dishes and getting ready to head to town tomorrow. So my steps will probably be a little higher, but oh, well.

Exercise 120 minutes and Steps at 10386 so far. Great day!

Back at the room and kicked off my shoes. Between shopping yesterday and the tours today, I have gotten in a lot of walking. I grew up with boats and really enjoyed the cruise. It was a relaxing way to end the day too. I didn't buy much yesterday, but all day today I kept thinking about those beautiful opals. I may have to buy one before I return to the states...hmmm

Well, it's day 3 for me. There was so much going on last night in town. For some reason I never expected Australia to have so much night life. I decided to check out the diamond minds today. WOW, I didn't realize how beautiful the pink diamonds were. Pink is my favorite color so this was great. Those opals were dazzling as well. I'm looking forward to heading out on the trek soon but I will miss the sites in Perth.
Today I've walked for 30 mins. Add a 30 min swim and I'm ready to hit the roads to see some more sites today. Waiting to meet up with everyone for the walking/hiking journey ahead.

Well after a wonderful sleep I awoke very refreshed so I decided to join everyone on the tour. I also decided to hire a scooter so I wouldn't have to walk to much. It was a very smart decision on my part. emoticon

The cruise was fantastic. I so loved the wind in my hair and looking at all the sights. The seabirds were great to watch and the houses were beautiful. I couldn't believe all the private boats that were docked as well as the huge super tankers and cargo ships. I also remembered a special I watched on TV a while ago that said there are more sharks in these bays than thought before and they were catching and releasing them after putting on tracking devices. It was very interesting to watch. Also there is a couple pods of Killer Whales that would come into the deeper parts of the bay to eat the squids and stuff so I was looking for both of them incase I was able to see them. Unfortunately I didn't see them.

Freemont was amazing. I so love looking around places with history! One of my favorite things to do. The prison was interesting and all of the other historical buildings. Such a quaint town.

The ride back was just as beautiful and I was glad for my jacket as it was a bit cool on the boat. Even with the scooter I still walked 1,847 steps. My back is much happier tonight and I can't wait to see what happens tomorrow! I love adventure and this is great being with others as well!

Until the marrow.

Sunday was my rest day to catch up from the jet lag. So only 6750 steps.
Monday was a solid 120 minutes of exercise and 11970 steps.

MRSBETH99 - yes - exercise is as well as steps - but you are also right saying you will convert exercise to steps - that's ok too
You can use group 8 if its easier and just list your steps and exercise at the end of the week - or daily - which ever is easiest
and you are welcome to jump in any time I knew Easter Sunday would be a hard day for some of you to start - so just when ever you can..

Another question...trying to figure out what group I fit in. Sorry!

Do the step counts in each group refer to steps IN ADDITION to exercise (cardio/strength training)?

My current program is 50+ minutes of cardio/ST for 5 days and 10+ minutes cardio/ST for 2 days. I have no clue how many steps I get in addition to that. (Getting a battery for my pedometer today).

So, using my exercise minutes today, I'm at 12,700 steps. Maybe I would be in group 6, using the extra exercise minutes towards the step goal?

Blessings,
Beth in OH

Can I start a couple days late? Easter is crazy season for my family (My husband is a minister) I just didn't get my pedometer set up ahead of time and there was no way to fit one more thing in yesterday. I haven't pocketed it yet today either. But if I can start tomorrow, I may still give this a try.

I really don't have a clue what group to go in. Do I have to decide now or can I wait till towards the end of this first week and see what my pedometer is saying?

Sorry to throw wrenches. I so like to just be prompt and on top of things. I was tempted just to withdraw, but I thought I should check before being drastic.

Blessings,
Beth in OH

Looks like everyone has arrived - and is enjoying checking out the Perth shops!! Those diamonds and pearls are lovely - but expensive - remember that you have to return to Perth at the end of the trek to get your flights out!! So you can shop then too !!!!!!

I have just added the accommodation itinerary to the web site folder with the other brochures - though a lot of nights you will be using campsites on the Bibbulmun Track.

Tomorrow I think a lot of you will be going to Freo on the river cruise - and having a seafood lunch by the harbour - though there are also steaks, salads and wonderful Italian Ice cream available as well
Enjoy

Wow, what a plane ride. I've been to Japan before but this one was longer! I love my room and I know I'm going to get a lot of use out of the kitchen as I love to cook and eat mostly Vegan. I was so happy that I was able to get one of the handicap rooms. I have issues with raising my legs so it will help.

After check in I went for a bit of a walkabout in town. I loved learning about the Opals. They are my 2nd favorite gem. I love Tigers Eye the most. I didn't know there were Black Opals. That was fascinating to learn about. I love the milky white ones or the Fire Opals. I love the play in the stones with all the colors.

After that I went to the grocers to get some food to keep at my room for some meals and snacks. I also wanted to get some good chocolates. Just a few.

I ended up walking 2,991 steps already! I couldn't believe it! I now know why my legs feel like rubber and my back is cranky. So it's time to rest and have a good sleep to rejuvenate myself for tomorrow and some more walkabout! I'm choosing to be in Group 5 because I have more bad days than good usually. Obviously today was a good day. emoticon

See you all in the morning. Oh, also I've started to blog about my experience on my Sparkpage. I'm very excited to learn and see more.

I'm here, I'm here! I can't believe I finally made it to the land of OZ! Perth is bigger than I expected. I have to say the traffic going 'the wrong way' is a bit frightening to this USA gal...After a long flight, I am exhausted, but excited. I will be in Group 6 and look forward to meeting the rest of you. I'm glad we have some time to look around before we hit the trail. Should be fun! This is my first virtual trek so it should be interesting.

Well after a good nights rest, I was ready to head out today. Spending the night in Perth was extremely exciting. The horseshoe street had me really confused, along with driving on the left. Since I drive in San Francisco sometimes tho, the hills and one way streets at least prepared me for this big change.
I plan on starting in group 5 and moving to group 6 in my second week of the trip.
I decided to have lunch today at the dragon buffet. All the vegie's were such a delight. Then walked about 3000 steps around town to see what all the sites before I leave. I've decided to take a really long shower tonight, it could be the last really good shower before leaving on this wonderful journey. Looking forward to seeing my Sparks Friends along the way.
Good Luck to everyone as we see this beautiful country.

I think I will start out in group 5 with the intention of moving up to group 6 as we go. I will try to document the trek in a daily blog also.

Sun. Exercise + Steps = 7989
Mon. Exercise + Steps = 9250
Tue. Exercise + Steps = 3945
Wed. Exercise + Steps = 5433
Thur. Exercise + Steps = 4075
Fri. Exercise + Steps = 5681
Sat. Exercise + Steps = 5374

Total Weekly Steps = 41,747
I've been sick since Tuesday therefore fewer steps. I hope I start feeling better soon so I can step it up a notch. I might have to back out of the 5K I was going to do next weekend.

This is a lot of fun. I have an internet friend from Perth who I've known since 1999 but never met. Last summer I met a cousin from Melbourne!

Its also good I didn't bring my dog because he's like 100 pounds and barks a lot. emoticon

If you want a link to my friend's Appalachian Trail blog let me know, she updates almost every day and is on day 19.

Thanks for hosting this Trek. You can tell you put a lot of work into it! I love all the photos!

Today. Get it while its hot.

Driving on the left is easy - I do it all the time - LOL!! but I have driven in both Europe and USA and had no trouble- driving an American car was harder - the controls are all reversed - that is the hardest part in your driving in Oz - the car controls are all reversed to what you are used to!!
In the other team a lot have virtual hired a Terrain Hopper AT scooter - that solved the problem but it won't give you much exercise - you can see details of the AT scooter on the Information for wheelchair users brochure on the web site with the trek notes and exercise notes

I would like to start in Group 2. The traffic in Perth makes me a little nervous. I don't think I would ever get used to driving on the left and navigating the horseshoe. Yikes!

Exercise is any exercise - if you have a pedometer then its anything but steps - if you don't have a pedometer its ALL movement including steps

MIZZKINS - its a good job its a virtual trek and therefore your dog is virtual - firstly - he would need 6months quarantine to get into Australia, second - he wouldn't be allowed in the hotel, 3rd he isn't allowed on the Bibbulmun Track, or in National parks Sorry - no dogs allowed!!

I was very interested that you have a friend doing the Appalachian Trail - I have been asked to do that as a virtual trek - but not until maybe 6 - 8 months time- I'm looking over information now

I'm starting with Group 6 level, 8000 steps a day for 4 days a week plus 30 min exercise 3 days a week.

I take it "exercise" means something other than the steps? Like hand weights etc....

This is fun. Thanks! emoticon

I decided to carry a weighted pack to count for what I'd take. Right now its 20 pounds. A friend of mine is hiking the Appalachian Trail and with food and water she carries just under 30 pounds in her pack. That includes tent and sleeping back and food for 4 days. I bring my dog with me so I'm going to put a pack on him too.

I'm going to order batteries for my pedometer tonight!

Just read the Perth information and love the videos. Since I seem to be experiencing jet lag, my goal this week will be 10,000 steps per day and 40 minutes exercise on 6 days (level 7)

That's good info Emma. That is my current workout schedule so I'll leave it at that and do my increase in intensity and amount of weights or thicker resistance bands. Will that work??

Which came first, the tornado or the travel trailer??

Are steps we get exercising included in our total number of steps per day?

MIZZKINS - I did actually send another email correcting that link - but I'd rather use this thread now anyway - as only using one thread is easier forme - so
Please answer in this thread now thanks!!

CAMPERLIVING - That's a fantastic goal; - but remember that the trek goes 6 weeks and if possible you want to try to increase exercise in that time - so don't set week 1 too high. Allow space to work up during the trek.

Read the info and I will select group 8 for the challenge. This week I will try to do 10,000 steps and 120 minutes of exercise each of 6 days. This is my current goal for some crazy reason. I've been doing 5 days so this will add one day to the routine. Thanks for the challenge!

Which came first, the tornado or the travel trailer??

Is it to late to join the Trek? I just looked over your intros and this is amazing! I've never done something like this and just couldn't make up my mind but I've decided I'd really like to do it.

I hope you had a great trip to Perth – so now that we are all assembled in Perth, the capital city of West Australia – we will spend this week checking out the city and doing a couple of excursions to interesting sites in the area and you get to stay in accommodation for this week while you shake off any Jet Lag!!
This week also gives you the chance to get used to doing a virtual trek and to ask questions that might arise.
Please put any questions, comments, and exercise records in this thread so that I find them quickly to reply.

As well as The Exercise and Trek notes for Week 1 – I have added a brochure for wheelchair users and anyone else interested, on the types of Wheelchairs available for virtual hire in Perth that would be suitable to tackle the Bibbulmun Trek

Note on time differences round the world:
Since we have members from New Zealand, Australia, South Africa, Asia, Europe and USA doing the trek, I have to enter it every week so everyone can start on Sunday local time. This means some of you will get it a day or more early – use the extra time to read the instructions and fully understand them – you are not expected to start until Sunday your own local time

Week 1 – Bibbulmun Track Virtual Trek – is on my web site for you.

Go to chairexercisefun.com/
and click on the “challenges” button on the right hand side of the front page
2 – Open the “Bibbulmun Track Virtual Trek “ folder
3 – Read – “Introduction” brochure, “Trek Preparation” brochure, “Bugs and other Nasty and Nice Critters” Brochure if you have not already done so! You can download or print them if you choose.
4 – Read - “Exercise– Perth Exploration ” brochure – you can download or print it if you choose.
5 – Select your exercise and step target
6 – Start moving, increasing your step count each week, through exercise and movement, and recording your exercise time and steps
7 – Read the “Perth Area Exploration Virtual Trek “ trek notes for that week and see where you are going with your exercise. You can download or print it if you choose.
8 – Record you daily or weekly step count in the Wk 1 – Bibbulmun Track Virtual Trek Thread.
9 - Write a blog on what you have seen, experienced, eaten and/or done – tell me when its finished for a goodie .(optional)
10 – There will be a very special surprize on the last day of the trek for anyone who manages to finish all 6 weeks of the trek.
11 – HAVE FUN!! Any problems or questions – Please ask!!
