Get away from the computer, clean windows and bedroom ...GET MOVING.

I was shocked to find it hard work walking 2 kmon the day before yesterday. Admittedly up hill and down dale, but this extra weight I gained last year makes huge difference. I need to get up and ge/t moving

My first weight loss goal is to lose 20 pounds. That will take me to where I was the last time I was at WW, my starting weight, in other words I'm going to get to the last weight that I thought I was fat at, that was less than now... 208 pounds.

After that it will be another 16 pounds to get to 192 pounds, my starting weight at WW in 1985.

Once I get to 192 pounds, I aim to go for 3 targets of 10 pounds at a time.

So, 5 targets to aim for, probably 3 attainable this year, realistically...

Part of my plan has sort of been handed to me - chemo followed by radiation pretty much taking me from January thru June (definitely not something I thought I would be doing!). I am hoping to use this time to focus on me -- my health, my weight, etc -- since I won't be at the office with the added day to day stress of work.

* continueing to work my food plan and hopefully lose weight.

I am aiming to lose another 40-50 pounds this next year. Although I will have lost a few pounds this year, as far as weightloss is concerned it was a bit of a washout due to my hysterectomy, but I have got much fitter and am definitely looking trimmer ( even my DH Laurie said so this morning, praise indeed). The aim is also to get down 2-3 dress/ jeans sizes. Even if I manage less, every bit counts. I will also maintain my exercise regime, as that has just made me so much happier over all.
