I seem to have stayed the same. Well up and down a few pounds for the last few months. Still I had my first appointment at the Fat Clinic yesterday. Perhaps that will help. emoticon

I rechecked my last weigh in and I have gained in that last year and a half. 12 lbs. BUT I haven't gained in at least 3 months according to the drs scale. Wanted to clear that up. I have a week to go before my injections take full effect and then I am determined to get with the exercise! DH has gotten on the healthy eating track and also started exercising so this is really positive. But the eating ---- I go great guns for a few days and then I eat way to much or too much of the stuff you should limit! I am also feeling emoticon

It's hard to admit, but I do. I'm having trouble caring. I"m caught in a bad case of the "why bother?"'s.

A women is often measured by the things she cannot control.
She is measured by the way her body curves or doesn't curve, by where she is flat or straight or round.
She is measured by 36-24-36 and inches and ages and numbers, by all the outside things that don't ever add up to who she is on the inside.
And so if a women is to be measured, let her be measured by the things she can control;
by who she is and who she is trying to become.

I am standing still! I haven't gained but I haven't lost in like a year and a half!! I need to track and get back to an exercise program no matter how few minutes at a time!

I have to get back to eating on my smaller plate and watching my portions.

2016 I will hit the gym 6/7 days a week. I will eat more protein, fruits and veggies. I will really cut back on the carbs.

I seem to lose and gain the same few pounds and it gets very frustrating. Then I tend to eat more. I need to work on better portion control and self control. I also just need some good motivation
