hahah whoa thats a good point! I used to easily fit in an hour of exercise each day- but since becoming a mommy, 40 minutes feels luxurious, haha :) but when you put it that way its really not that much to take! hm.... guess I need to feel less guilty for taking 2-4% of a day to do something good for myself :)

also- who knew that an hour was so little of a day... how does that work??

My Fellow Sparker NillaPepsi wrote something on her blog, and it was a Huge A-HA moment for me!

She wrote "An hour workout is only 4% of your day" Whoa- that's true, and so 30 minutes is only 2% of a day.

I need to at lease dedicate 2% of my days, and 4% when I can to myself and my health!
