Hey ladies, gosh, I'm so sorry to see that there were only 3! I finally got things situated with the home burglary. Felt so awful not having a computer and tv. But, alas, we finally purchased them. Still working on the insurance claim. I would have loved to purchase everything taken, but it costs! The thiefs took our camcorder as well (we had videos of my baby girl when she was first born on there). Took the girls' piggy banks too. So low!!! I just prayed for the thiefs. I prayed that they see who God is, and that they know God is on my side. I also forgive them too. The enemy wasn't going to rob me of my joy and I didn't allow him to either. So, all is well. Like I said before we're still working with the insurance claim, but at least I'm able to participate in the next month's challenge! :) I hope to see some of you on my team.

Good afternoon ladies!! It's been a crazy day here!! I go to work around 7:45am and the electricity is out. AGAIN!!!! I sat at work with a few other co-workers until 11am and still no electricity. So here I am, at home, working. And on SP. But that's normal, cause I'm on SP at home. But I also get to watch TV. Which I enjoy doing while working. Well, I need to go. I have about an hour and a half worth of work left. An SP exercise video to do as well as dishes. Here I go!!

I would just like to sincerely apologize for not keeping up with my team. I feel so bad. Work and family has caught up to me and I just found it so difficult to work out and post points and blogs. Again i am so sorry and I wish the remaining three the absolute best of luck in week 4. Go get em mangos!!! I have opted to not participate in next months challenge as to not bring anyone else down. I am hoping that in October that things will have evened out and I can jump back in.
I am not quiting my weight loss journey, not at all!!!!! I am still going to work my butt off and my goal is 10lbs, I will keep you posted :)

Great job you three remaining Mangos!!! I want to apoligize for being such a slacker myself this month! Life just got too crazy and one day I just totally forgot to update my pts and got eliminated myself! I feel so bad for letting you all down! Please forgive me! Ladies, I'm very sad to see that there are only 3 of us left. emoticon We were so strong last month, I don't know how we lost so many members. I know I'm guilty here for the lack of exercise points. Life just seems to get in the way.....and laziness. I realized today after seeing the scale go up again, that I really need to get my butt in gear. I can't sit back and expect the weight to fall off without putting in the work. It's ridiculous and even though I know the truth, I still sit back and hope it will come off miraculously. So, even though my morning was horrible, I'm going to make the afternoon and evening better. I'm going to work out. I'm going to do all my strength training and get as many cardio minutes in as I possibly can. Hopefully we can finish up the rest of the month strong and when September comes we'll all be back into a routine in which we can participate to the fullest extent. Let's go manogs!! We can do this!!!!

Dear Darling Mangos,
Please forgive me, I can not put down the Dr Pepper!!! LOL!!! I'm limiting myself to 1 a day, if that, but that is a big challenge for me. We love each other and even though the doctor isn't the best thing for me, I just can't seem to let him go. Normally I just have 1 a day so it won't be too bad but that means I need to make sure I hit all other aspects of the challenge. I'm working on it. In the meantime, can you believe summer is almost over, as well as August. It will be Labor day in a few weeks!!! Crazy, I know!!!! Right now I've got to get back to work, so toodles for now!! LOL!!!

Ladies, I apologize now, but I must step out of the challenge. My house was burglarized and my computer was stolen, among other things. I'm at my mom's house now changing all my passwords, etc. I don't have the funds to get a new one just yet and have to deal with the insurance company, etc. I'm sorry for this, hopefully I'll be back in action by September's challenge.

You know what sucks...being told by the doc that you need to lose weight. Even though I already knew this, it's like almost "critical" now. Because I'm trying to get pregnant (going to be 33!!) and I'd like to have another baby sooner than later. I knew that my weight is probably the biggest factor in the lack of conceiving. Even though I've been doing the challenges, I don't feel challenged enough. I guess I've got to really work towards my goal of getting pregnant and that means that I HAVE TO lose weight.

Hope you all are doing well this week. I've been doing much better. Hope my last week is the best one of all.

Hey ladies!!! I weighed myself this morning (forgot to do it yesterday) and I'm down 2 lbs. I'm praying that now I can keep going down. So tired of this back and forth thing. I have a wedding to attend in about 3 weeks and I'd like to be down to my first goal but that would be pushing it. I'd have to lose 2lbs a week. I'm gonna try but make no guarantees or promises. I signed up to be a captain for the next round of challenges. I'm excited. I've never been a captain before but I know I can do it! I hope you all will be back. Not sure if we'll be placed on the same team but I do hope you all will be back. I can't believe we have 1 more full week of August left. Time is just flying by. This year has been crazy. Lots of ups and downs. But all in all, I think I've made some progress in many aspects of my life. Anyway, enough babbling. I just wanted to check in and see how everyone is doing. Hi Mangos!!! Sorry I was MIA this weekend. I'm hoping to make sure I get all the points necessary for the rest of the week though. I may have to do some cardio at home because it's supposed to rain all day today. That kind of sucks. We did some grocery shopping yesterday, so that's about all the exercise I got. I did get all the laundry washed and folded and all the dishes cleaned. So that was a plus but I can't count that as exercise individually. So I plan on stepping it up today. Dinner is already made because what we were supposed to have last night took forever to make so we're gonna eat it tonight. That means I'll just have to heat it up. This weekend was uneventful. We didn't do much of anything. Oh, I did take a walk on Saturday, after meeting with my brother and his kids. We walked around the block. Took us about 10 minutes. So, I guess I did do some exercise.

Deb~I would agree with Sherri that looking at success and motivational blogs are probably a good way to go when you lose that motivation to keep working. I know sometimes I do it too and I just try to think of the reason I came here in the first place. It's hard but it will all work out in the end. You'll soon be back at it and motivated just like you were in the beginning.

Christine...I know it all too well too!!! Once something happens with your body and you're out from working out, it's soooo hard to get back going. It's gotta be a mind thing. Well, I hope we both figure out what motivates us to get moving. Let me know when you figure it out or when you're back on the bandwagon, I'd like to hear how. :)

Hey ladies! What keeps you moving forward to losing fat? I'm looking for motivation, advice, ideas. I've just kind of lost any sense of want. Not that I don't want to look my best, but I'm not moving/eating as I should. In my blog I mentioned how some might look forward to wearing a nice cute outfit, money, the challenges (although they help), seeing a pic of when one was small....but I'm not motivated, totally, that way. I'm looking to see if there are any other ways that might motivate to keep moving. What are your ways?

Deb~Now that I think of it, I probably still have bouts of vertigo from time to time. I know on occasion when I lay down and close my eyes the room spins, so that may be it too. Hopefully you will get better soon. It certainly is no fun to feel like you are going to fall over at any second.
Today hasn't been the best of days for me. I'm just a bit stressed about finances. I need to win the lottery actually. Easier said than done since I don't play it. It's been a while since things weren't going well and I think I finally just broke down today. Perhaps now I can get things back on track and figure things out for the future.
Yesterday I didn't get all my water either. I was drinking too fast the couple days before and it was causing me really bad heartburn so I took it easy yesterday but I now know that I just need to pace myself when I'm drinking it. Well, I have about 15 min before my lunch is over. I'm going to take a quick nap because all of a sudden I seem extremely tired. Bye for now.

@TERESAMARIEM...nope, I'm not fully recovered just yet to do chair exercises either. A lot of the dizziness comes from moving my head side to side or moving too quickly. Even when I just close my eyes for a sec, to refocus, it's still there. But nonetheless, I'm getting much better. I might be able to start my walking tomorrow, hopefully. I read about the pumping while at work...I have to say I commend you HIGHLY for doing that task! I breastfed my baby girl till she was 16 months (she's almost 19months now), but didn't pump. Of course it helped that I didn't work either, but it was a chore itself, I'm not sure how I would have done with a job. :) I did vow to myself to pump for the next baby (working or not) just so I can go out and get things done without going to the restroom all the time to breastfeed.

@FIESTYCHICK...Yeah, you're absolutely right, vertigo (however it comes about) is no joke! This is the worse case I've had, but I've had a couple of episodes in the past that would last about 10-15 min late at night. I didn't think too much about it though. Are you able to not have to go back to work and be a stay at home mom?

Well, I didn't get all my water in for today. Kind of sucked for me today, cause I had to stay at home all day (didn't have the car), and will be the same tomorrow too. I'm actually a little antsy or irritated for some reason. Maybe things aren't going fast enough for me. But I know I've got to rely on God's time, and not my own. :)

Well, here's to us Marvelous Mangos! We can do this. :)

Fiestychick~In order to pump you really have to be dedicated. I pump 3x a day. I've been back at work since my LO was 12 weeks. It sucks!! Sometimes I complain, which I think I have on this board a couple of times and in my blog, but I know it's what's best for my LO. She turned 7 months on the 4th, so I've been pumping for 4 months now. I'm so ready for her to cut back but I know I'm probably going to be going like this until she's at least 1. It is exhausting. Nursing itself is a challenge and requires mama to be extremely dedicated. I'm glad I'm sticking it out. It's normally only for a year, sometimes longer, so it really isn't that long. It just seems like it does.

Deb~Can you do any chair exercises that don't require you to move much, like shadow boxing, perhaps some arm exercises. I would think that would contribute. I do wish our total was a bit higher. I wasn't doing my part either and was pretty iffy the first week but I'm doing my best to get all the points for week 2. I hope everyone else is too. We all need to come here and chat it up since we get an extra 100 points for posting 4x out of the week this time!!

I hope everyone has a wonderful day. I've already taken a walk around the block an I've gotta get back to work. Talk to you all later!!!

@NEWDEB11: I'm so glad you get to stay in the challenge...maintaining is definitely better than gaining. I always have to remind myself of that when the scale doesn't budge. What a coincidence, the same weight at delivery :) A friend of mine was due 2 weeks after me and we ended up having our kids 12 hours apart..my son at 2 am her daughter at 2pm. Also, glad you are feeling better...vertigo is no joke. One year I got an inner ear infection 3 times and had to take pills for the vertigo because I would fall down when I tried to get up I'd be so dizzy. Take your time getting back to your workouts, it's not worth really hurting yourself by rushing to work out.

I am seriously having junk food withdrawals. Today I am also feeling really lazy. Yesterday was my last day at work, I went back to work 1 day a week for 5 weeks and decided that the little bit of spending money wasn't worth the hassle of leaving my son, plus it's a pain in the butt to have to pump at work and again when I get home. I will hopefully be starting nursing school in January and I know I will be absent a lot in his life then, so I feel I need to spend as much quality time now as I can with him. They grow up so fast, I can't believe he'll be 5 months on the 24th already. Anyways....I digress, I am tired because I got home just after 10pm but couldn't get to sleep until a little after midnight. LO woke up at 6:15 to nurse, but got back up a little after 8.

I haven't worked out yet, LO is napping which is when I would normally do it, but I was expecting the installers for the security system to show up at 10...they are delayed and will arriving here in the next hour, but I just found out..there goes my small window of opportunity to work out while my lil man naps. Now I know it's going to be a heck of a challenge to muster up the energy to do it sometime this evening once hubby gets home. I will do my best to get it done, but I am really dragging today team.

Deb~You are definitely still in it!! Keep going mama!!!!

Yesterday, I got in all my water. Got 10 minutes of walking in. So I was proud of myself. I got the time allotted for sleep as well, sort of. My LO needs some sleep training. She wakes often and can't put her self to sleep, but I can't bear to hear her scream her head off and for her to cry it out. So I'm going to buy the "No Cry Sleep Solution" by Elizabeth Pantley in the hopes that I can figure out how to get her to sleep through the night and soothe herself back to sleep. Leading back to why I said sort of, I had to rock her back to sleep around midnight, therefore I had to get up for a good 5-10 minutes. So I need to do something so I can get my sleep back. Before I thought it was because she was hungry but I think a lot of times she just comfort nurses. She doesn't really eat. She'll nurse for less than a minute, pull off, and be knocked out. So she's just doing it to soothe herself to sleep and it's taking a toll on my sleep. So this weekend I'm going to purchase that book and hope it works when I start implementing it.
Other than that, the day is going great. It's nearly 2pm and I'm about to take my lunch and another walk. It's nice out today. Bye for now ladies!!!

FiestyChick...I was 214 when I delivered too! But I gained weight. Blah. Great job in losing it. It's a slow process, but it's worth it at the end. I know it will be, cause I've been there (150lbs) before. :) Keep up the good work!!!

Thank you Teresa, I'm on the road to recovery and am waiting to wake up feeling much better. I didn't realize they can be so bad to screw up your balance and make you dizzy, nauseous, and everything in between too!

Well, ladies, I think I'm officially out of the Last Mommy Standing challenge too. I remained the same. (Isn't that one of the penalties...maintaining?).

But anyway, I hope everyone is doing well on their challenges! I hope to get back into the cardio soon.

@THERESAMARIEM I am so sorry to hear you are out of the challenge. Take this time to work on your areas of need and prepare yourself for the next challenge. This challenge is great, but it's very challenging to meet the goals...water & cardio, especially when you never worried about either of these things before now. Keep at it and you will be ready for the next challenge! Please continue to share with us about what's going on, you're still a Mango afterall.

I actually lost some weight?? How can it be when I wasn't very diligent with my diet?? I need to be careful about how I look at this past week...instead of "I lost weight despite some poor eating choices", I need to think "I really got lucky this last week, but if I eat better this week then I could lose even more weight". I'm doing pretty good with the cardio, doing a little something each day...now I need to focus on my diet this week. I'm just so excited about surviving week 1! YAY!!!!

I see similarities in us!! I had my first child in January and tipped the scales at 220. My highest weight EVER!! It's slowly been coming off. I have been wavering back and forth for the last couple of weeks but that's because I haven't been on it like I should be. It's hard getting in exercise too when you have a LO. So I do what I can and try not to dwell on it. It really starts with nutrition. If you eat better you will lose the weight.

Unfortunately, for me, I am officially out of the last Mommy standing challenge. I gained 2 lbs this week and I KNOW it's because I haven't been tracking my foods properly or drinking enough water. I actually got in more exercise yesterday than I have in a while. I would think with all the walking I did last Monday I'd have a loss but I didn't. But I know what I need to work on. I need to track track and track my foods. I need to drink my water. I need to get off my butt and move. So, this week I'm definitely working on it and I hope when I step on the scale next week (I'll be waiting til Wednesday to get back on track with weigh in days for BLC 17), I will have a loss.

To the rest of the mommies, I hope you are all doing well this Monday morning. I know Monday's are hard for people. I find them quite easy and for me they tend to fly by, which means I need to get myself going on my work or else I will look up and it will be time to go and nothing will be done. I also need to make sure I get up and get out and do my walking and not let time slip away from me. I will be back tomorrow to see how you all did.

Oh, and Deb, I had vertigo too! Have you tried taking motion sickness pills? Those really helped me. I hope you are feeling better soon and I'm so glad you are able to continue on in the challenge. BTW, I heard sinus infections are killers! Two of my co-workers just got over sinus infections and they were sick for weeks!! I think I had one when I returned to work from my maternity leave and it lasted for a month if not more. Feel better soon mama!!!!!

Good evening Mangos! I am a new mommy to a 4 1/2 month old baby boy. He is the light of my life and is why I am doing my darnest to finally lose the excess weight I've slowly been packing on for 12 years. I was 214 when I delivered, so I think I did pretty good losing most of the weight, but I should be at least 120 or perhaps less..who knows..I can't remember being below 150 anymore. This challenge is a great way to keep me in check, although I missed my water quota today. I still slip up, it's only my first week trying to eat healthier and workout, but I am already doing better than before this challenge. I hope that I lost some weight, even 1 pound would be nice. We'll see tomorrow morning. Good luck fellow Mangos!

Hello Mangos,

I went to the ER this morning and had a cat scan that resulted in me having a really bad sinus infection (sinusitis). I'm thankful it was nothing more than that, but I almost couldn't believe it can cause so much destruction on my body! Anyway, I'm glad to report that I can continue on the challenge. I may not be able to do the cardio portion as much (as I'm still dizzy), but I'll definitely get the points for the other tasks.

I hope all of you are off to a great start this week! :)

Hello fellow mangos, I hope everyone is doing well. I'm letting ya'll know now JUST IN CASE, but I may have to discontinue the challenge. I'm not sure what's wrong with me, you'll need to read my Friday's blog to get all the details. In short, I'm suffering from vertigo. I don't know how or why it's come about though. I'm having trouble, but I'm doing the best I can (at least blogging and water). I'll keep ya'll updated though. I really hate to not be in the challenge, but it's up to my body to get over this mess. Hey Marvevlous Mangos!!! Just stopping by to say hi and give a little bit of an update. Yesterday, LO and I went to the zoo. Walked around for about 2 1/2 hours. It was nice. I hadn't been to the zoo in years. I do recall the very tall hill that I climbed as a wee one and well, I climbed it again yesterday. What a workout. I was sweating profusely!! I've already taken my 10 min walk today at work. I'm hoping to squeeze in a few strength training moves on my trips to the restroom, but I haven't drank enough yet to go like crazy. I'm on it now though. I will check back tomorrow. I have to go write my blog for today so I can get the points. Toodles!! :)

Hope everyone is having a great start to the weekend! Just one more day left in the challenge. Let's work hard to finish strong!
Today is a challenge already for me. I put my 2 1/2 year old little boy in undies this morning. We're going to work hard this weekend on potty training and let daycare continue with it. It's just time to get rid of the pull-ups. I could use the extra money for other things. lol He's also going to throw out his pacis later. It should be interesting come bedtime. He doesn't take one all day at daycare, but thinks he needs it at home for naps and bedtime. We're trying to teach him to be a big boy. We'll see how it goes.

Our 5 year old Abby just got into a 5 star kindergarten here. It's very last minute. they just had an opening. So, us girls are going shopping in a little bit for school supplies and new clothes. I'm so excited for her. It's going to be a big change for us.

No worries NEWDEB!! I know how exhausting a move can be. I get exhausted just thinking about a move. I'm in an apartment and know that we can't live there forever. I will be so happy when we can get a house to live in forever!! LOL!! Hope everyone is doing well. I'm very excited for the weekend. I think it's mainly because I get to be home with LO. Morning ladies!! I had to resist the urge to jump on the scale this morning since it's my normal weigh in day. I'm hoping to go far in the last Mommy standing challenge so I want to wait til Monday. Speaking of, LO and I will be going to the zoo, so lots of walking will be had. It's actually the start of National Breastfeeding Week and Monday is Breastfeeding day at the zoo. I do hate to put this out there, but I don't think I'll be joining the August challenge. I've had a hard time keeping up with the challenge this month. And August will be even busier. Hey ladies!!! I've been trying to check in here and there. Sometimes it gets difficult because I'm normally at work and I like to browse MB's on other sites that I'm a member of. I haven't really done too well this month. I know I need to step it up and I'm doing that this week. I'm going to focus on getting all my water, getting in exercise, eating better food, etc. Today I brought some fruit with me and the only drink I have is an iced coffee from dunkin donuts. Once that is gone I'll be drinking water for the rest of the day. I came close to my 8 glasses yesterday, but started drinking kinda late. LO allowed me to nap for an hour and a half and she had gotten about 2 and half hours of sleep. But last night she did not sleep well, so I'm feeling a little tired but right now I'm pretty amped up, probably due to the coffee. I'm also feeling quite beautiful today. I know, weird. I think my body is changing, I felt like I seen a change yesterday, even though the scale isn't really on my side. I'm kinda stuck at my current weight, but I'm hoping that this week will help me out. I'm due to weigh in on Wednesdays due to my BLC challenge (it's on hiatus for the summer though), but I'm going to skip Wednesdays and do Mondays now for the last MOMMY standing contest starting on Monday. I'm excited and hoping this will be what I need to get down to my first goal. It's gonna be really hard to see Wednesday pass without a weigh in, but I think it will be good for me because it will allow me to implement my better eating and exercising habits and get a true indication of what my current weight it. I'm gonna go for now and get to work. Monday's seem to fly by so I'm sure it'll be 5pm in no time!!! Have a wonderful day ladies!!!!

Yes, I agree, it's been pretty quiet here. But hey, we're on our last week for the month. Even though I haven't really seen a huge loss of weight or anything during this month, the challenge has helped me in other ways! I'm excited for this last week's challenge, cause I absolutely hated week 3's. And I'm equally excited and anticipating August's challenge. My focus and goal is to really get into losing this fat. I think I should have lost something already, but it just doesn't seem like I did. I've got more energy and I'm moving more though. I've got to see what's going on.

Anyway, I hope you all do very well too!

It definitely has been quiet around here. Guess probably because it not mandatory with the challenge this month. I've really struggled this week. I hope everyone else has had a successful week. The kids and I are going on a road trip tomorrow. Going to visit my BFF. We've got a hotel room for the night so the kids can enjoy the pool. I'm so excited. Hubby and I could use a break too. We work together and live together. 24/7 can be rough sometimes. :)

I'm not sure which tracker to post my outlook on, but until I find out then I'll post them here...I hope to achieve my short term goal of 10 pounds lost in one month. My hubby and I have a challenge going, and mine is to lose 10 pounds. When I succeed, then I get $50 to spend on myself. (Cause ya'll know as mommy's, it's very hard to want to spend anything on ourselves, we place our families first!) So, I'm determined to get that $50 and spend it on something I want (not what I need) but knowing me, I'll probably get something I need. So, anyway, that's what I plan to achieve! :)

Morning Mangos!!!
I wanted to stop by and earn my Outlook points today by telling you all 1 thing I hope to get out of my weight loss journey. I hope to get a sense of adventure. I want to be able to say, you know, I'm going to go and do this. I'm going to go and drive to see Niagra Falls or something like that. Right now, I'm very introverted. I keep to myself and I know for sure that my current weight has something to do with that. I'm embarrassed to wear shorts because of my legs. They are chunky and very very pale. This is a big insecurity for me and I hope that by the time I am at my goal I will regain the confidence to go out in skirts and shorts and dresses and be able to wear those types of clothing, especially in the summer, because it is WAAAYYYY too hot out for pants. LOL!!! Have a wonderful day everyone!!!

Good morning Mommy's!!!! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. I spent most of it cleaning. I was just in a cleaning mood. Good thing because I found an outfit for LO that I had bought months ago!! Still had the tags on it and everything!!! I also put away her snowsuits, newborn, 0-3 and (some) 3-6 month clothes. emoticon It was very sad. She seems to be growing up so fast. I'm sure she'll start crawling soon and that will be a ton of fun, I'm sure. I've had to postpone her dedication because of financial difficulties, but I think that will be cleared up soon and I can get things rolling. I have this beautiful dress that I want to get. I'm going to post a photo of it either in our team photos or on my page, so look out for it. I think it's beautiful. Anyway, I'm back at work and ready to get out and take a walk. Supposed to be a really hot day today and during the week, I think there's going to be a heat advisory too some time. So it's best that I get in my walks before it gets too hot and just enjoy the A/C while I can. emoticon Everyone have a marvelous day!!!!!!

Happy weekend Mangos!! Hope this week has gone well for all of you! I am so sorry for being so absentee this week. We were extremely busy and going back to work just messed up my whole routine! Glad you're enjoying the smoothie recipe.. I might have to try blueberry and broccoli. I didn't know how well the two would taste together. Sounds like you liked yours though. Hope everyone is having a great weekend. I just did my weekly update.. Almost forgot about it.

Just made a blueberry broccoli smoothie. It's pretty good. More like the calories of a meal for me though. My almost 18mo old daughter is enjoying sipping it. I'm just glad she likes broccoli!!!

Thanks for the smoothie tips/recipes! I'm going to enjoy exploring how to get more of my fruits and veggies in.

Hey ladies!!! Just checking in to see how all of you are doing. I just went for my mid-morning walk. It felt great, a great way to wake back up. I'm so glad it's Thursday but would be even happier if it were Friday. I'm just so ready for the weekend! I don't have anything planned but that's a good thing. It means relaxation. Perhaps some heavy duty cleaning. I know I need to start packing LO's clothes that she's outgrown and we need to start trying to put her to bed in her crib because she's getting too long for the bassinet in the pack n play. Perhaps we can move the PNP in the living room once she sleeps in the crib on a consistent basis. I may need to get a chair or something to put in her room so when she wakes up to nurse I can feed her then put her back in the crib. Right now it's filled with her clothes. I really do need to go through them all. We need to start picking up some new clothes for her too. Kids grow at a ridiculous rate! I can't keep up with her!!! LOL!!! Soon she'll be crawling and well, I'll definitely be getting my exercise then. Well, it's back to work for me. I hope everyone has a wonderful day!!!

Hello Mangos!!! Hope you are all having a Marvelous day! This week has been rough for me with going back to work. Although it is just 2 days it has thrown my schedule completely off. Sorry I have been mia for a couple of days! I did try to get on here last night and the site was being weird or my computer was so I was unable to blog or check on all of you! I hope everything has gone well for you all this week! You are all Marvelous! Keep up the great job you are all doing!

Hey ladies!! So I gained a pound. :( I know why though. I had bad bad bad McDonald's on Sunday. Went over my calories a few other days too. I've been getting back into exercising and so far I've done at least 10 minutes of exercise every day for the last week, if not longer. It's exciting. I'm actually excited about doing some more video through my OnDemand ExerciseTV this weekend. I was really psyched to learn about that. Well, gotta get back to work. They cut our OT so we can only work 8 hour days. I got to work at 7:45 which means I get to leave early and pick up my little Love Bug emoticon I can't wait to see her. emoticon

NewDeb~I hope you feel better soon. Try doing some shadow boxing or something like that.

For me, I've been MIA. Sorry. I think the last time I wrote was Friday. The weekend was busy. Saturday I walked to see fireworks with little one. It was about 2.47 miles round trip. Took me about an hour. In flip flops!!! Ugh. My feet were killing me. LO enjoyed the fireworks. And I realized she is a people watcher. LOL!! Or she just likes to stare. She stared at the people next to us nearly the whole time. But she did see some of the fireworks and wasn't scared at all. I've been keeping up with my food tracker and getting in exercise nearly every day. I was happy to find my OnDemand channel had ExerciseTV. Got me some exercise in when I didn't expect to. I will be using it more often. Right now I need to get back to work. Everyone have a wonderful day!!!
