early morning; I get my ST done while DH is still sleeping and then cardio once he's awake...I love my bike!

I should start walking just after getting out of bed in the morning. Take the dogs for a walk. I was exercising in the evenings, but now I am going back to school and try to do my "homework" during that time.

I haven't got on a good schedule yet, but since it's so hot now, I prefer the evening as the sun is setting to go for my walks. I feel I have the most energy in the afternoon but I'm usually running all around or find other things to do. I'm working on getting in the habit of exercising again. I did my 20min walk for the first time in a long time tonight...even jogged a bit. It feels so good to have done that!

The time to exercise really depends on the individual, but I personally like mornings. If I don't get it done by the morning... it becomes harder to get off the couch! BUT I like walking Buddy in the afternoon when it becomes cooler.

I have time in the morning, but I am usually doing household stuff or errands during that time, so I end up exercising between 7-8pm while I am at work... I work by myself and don't have much to do, so the times comes in handy!! I usually walk to Leslie Sansone dvds or I have a Tony Little program that I use a bar with bands for a resistance workout. I also have the Supreme 90 Day workout program that I haven't started yet. Need to get that out and get crackin'!!
