Met fruit, veggies, water. Didn't get in the exercise today.

My goals are
water 4/6 per day 15 min. of exercise per day or at least 4/5 days at least one fruit or veggie per day or one of each so if I do this, would have to get at least 4 waters 15 min exercise 1 fruit or veg for each day to get quicktrack for me but that's not what this challenge was for if you want, I'll still do this challenge with you (your goals)...let me know

Did come up with a plan, but will not cover the quick track challenge. So, hopefully I came get my goals. 10/14

OK, I regrouping (new plan) things changed around here. Having a hard time keep it all in the ranges I want. So coming up with a plan that will work must of the time. Later later.

Checking in for the past week, I have maintained fruit & vegetables daily,
2 fruits, at least 3 vegetables. I subsitute carbohydrate items with a fruit and vegetable figuring the more fiber the better. Exercise every day since my ankle surgery is well on the mend. Hope my enthusiasm spreads... Good fruit and protein substitute, try the new Silk Fruit & Protein drinks - Mango Peach is a nice mid afternoon snack! http://www.linkedin.com/annmheos809.html

Ok, I'm not going any where, just taking up a challenge with my sister. Hoping to keep each other on track. Will still check in here, to let you know how we are doing. Got out of all team challenges for now, we made daily and weekly goals for our selves. Later, later....Lynn

got ex 60 min water only 4 no veg one fruit

Yesterday was a better day. Got in the water and fruit/veggies. I have been battling a spider bite since Sat. Went to the dr. and now on antibiotics. They are something!!!
