Any dip you normally make with sour cream can be made with non-fat Greek yogurt. I've been doing this for years and no one has noticed the difference.

I make a smoothie with 1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt (my favorite is Fage 0%), 1/2 banana or 1 cup frozen strawberries (or other fruit) - depending on how many carbs you want to have.

If the fruit is very ripe, you might not need a sweetener. If it's too thick, I think it down with a little unsweetened almond milk - or you could use water.

You get a lot of protein in 1 cup of Greek yogurt, sometimes I'll have this for a quick lunch.

One fruit dip I learned is to mix yogurt with peanut butter and a little honey to sweeten. I'm sure you could use sweetener of your choice. It is good with apple slices. I use the natural peanut butter that is just peanuts and salt (usually Kroger).

I am not sure how it would work with other nut butters, but almond or cashew might be an idea to try.

I mix 1 package of Jello Pistachio pudding dry mix sugar free or any flavor with about 3 cups no sugar added crushed pineapple and 4 to 4.25 cup of Plain 0% Greek yogurt.

Mix and refrigerate til set. I get about 6 scant 1 cup servings
