Thanks, I will check those out. I am really tired of the IBS. I tried to take Cassie for a walk today and got to the 2nd house from me and had to run home. Poor Cassie thinks she is in trouble because I had to drag her home so fast and I can't get her to understand it isn't something she did. I feel terrible. It's a really nice day and she can't even go for a walk.

The perfect meal is where you get out a Crock Pot, you put in some organic meat, whether that's beef or chicken. Bobbie, I don't have a fast metabolism. That amount that I have lost has been over 8 years. I started somewhere around 215 or more. In 2015 I finally got down to 194, but I could never bet below that and then went back up. I haven't been able to get under 200 since then except for around a day after having an IBS attack. Next day right back up. I keep getting things that are better for me to eat, like salad fixings, then having problems from the IBS or colds and can only eat something like potatoes, which I'm not supposed to have.

Thank you for the link. I think I got on one of his seminars about oils and diabetes.

Darlene, you seem to lose easily and that means that you have a great metabolism. I put your weight from yesterday 202.6 in, now all you have to do is copy everything below and change your weight each time you lose or gain. I have a very slow metabolism. I started at 194.4 lbs on Nov. 14th and finally today just got under 180 lbs. That took me 2 and a half month. You have lost about 17 lbs since you started and that is wonderful.
Have you heard of Dr. Eric Berg? I have learned a lot from him through his videos. One of the most important things I learned for me was, a tiny bit of sugar (insulin or carbs) shuts down my weight loss for the next 48 Hours. Take a look at this one video by Dr. Berg and it may help you too.

Giving up. I had a bowl of soup, some strawberries, the dinner and a piece of toast yesterday. I gained 3 1/2 pounds back that I had lost.
