could be a number of things, are you eating the same foods as before?? when you check your FBS also matters, do you keep a journal of what you do and what you eat??, mine seems to run higher when I have a Sinus infection which seems to be most of the time lately. if it stays high contact your Dr. to find out why. hope this helped you

I have a question about my blood sugar levels and exercise...I was away from the intense exercise I normally do (CrossFit and HIIT) and my levels were at or below 100. Now that I'm back at it they are higher. What is going on?
