I drink 8+ glasses of water a day. I love my water. Maybe I should just reevaluate meal plans and see if that helps. Hoping I can find a few meal plans on line. Sometimes I am uncertain with Sparks diabetic meal plan.

No problems with past glucose test. Usually am readings between 98-119. Dr. Said medication is not necessary at this time. I just should watch my diet. Of course, now I will be looking for some good , healthy diabetic meal plans. At least this time of year there are so many fresh fruits and veggies at the farmers market

Yes, it was 130 for am blood glucose. He felt it was a little higher due to an infected sebaceous cyst I have on my back right now.

Does anyone experience a dry mouth? Last winter I began experiencing a dry mouth and sore tongue. Dr. Thought it was due to low sodium so he stopped my hydrochlorathiazide for blood pressure thinking that was the cause. Still no relief, then they thought it was allergies or low vitamin D. Still not a lot of relief and both back to normal range. Finally today he said maybe it is from Type 2 diabetes. Guess I will be watching carbs more and trying to eat healthier. My A1c is 6.2
