For me I eat salads most days for lunch. Lettuce, what ever veggies I have on hand and some protein. My other go to is left overs. I keep lunch meat and veggies.

I have to be careful what I eat for lunch or my sugar will spike a lot higher than at breakfast or supper. I need some ides for lunch please?
