This is really not working out for me. I'm focusing on making big numbers ever day, and not eating within my calorie range and meeting my fitness goals. I much prefer the calories eaten (burned).

Just wanted everyone to know I'm on maintainance now. I'm in at a healthy bmi and hip waist ratio and at 48 I'm happy with that. I'm playing around with calories trying to figure out how many calories I can have to maintain. I'm not focusing so much on the scales as my measurements. I've lost 8 inches on my waist 5 on my hips 4 on my thighs and 2 on my arms. I never had really big arms so I wasn't that concerned about losing there anyway. I'm a size six seven and am the same waist and hip size as my 20 year old daughter who happens to be a size three woohoo who cares what the scale says lol!!!

The Single Day Calorie Differential Report shows your daily calories eaten compared to your daily calories burned. This report will only show one day at a time. This report can be found from the Start page. Go to My Trackers, then Reports and go to Daily Calorie Differential.

After having finished inputting your food intake and exercises daily, go to the above report and come back to this page to insert your daily differential. Please note that Spark People put this report on because of popular demand but it does not recommend us focusing on the daily calorie differential. It just serves as information to show the caloric deficit over time --weekly/monthly basis, which is what is more important.
