BANANA OATMEAL BREAD

1/4 cup Land O'Lakes no-fat sour cream
1/2 cup fat free milk
1 egg or equivalent in egg substitute
2 tablespoons I Can't Believe It's Not Butter
Light Margarine
2 cups (2medium) sliced bananas
2 cups bread flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup Quaker Old Fashioned Quick Oats
2 tablespoons Splenda Granular
1 teaspoon table salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon carnation nonfat dry milk powder
1 teaspoon apple pie spice
1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
In a bread baking pan container, combine the sour cream, milk, egg, margarine, and banana
slices. Add bread flour, whole wheat flour, oats, splenda, salt, baking soda, dry milk
powder, and apple pie spice. Make an indentation on top of dry ingredients. Pour yeast
into indentation. Follow your bread machine instructions for a 1 1/2 pound loaf. Remove
loaf from machine and place on a wire rack to cool. Cut into 12 slices.
Makes one 1 1/2 pound loaf.
