Pushups : inclined. hands on the second step of the stairs

Initial test : 3 pushups = first column in training sheet

W1D1 = 5 sets -- 4 for the last set, total 13
W1D2 = 5 sets -- 5 for the last set, total 17
W1D3 = 5 sets -- 5 for the last set, total 22

Ok so the initial test results with inclined pushups (my hands on the second step of the stairs) was 3. So for the next 2 weeks I'll follow the first column training

W1D1 : 5 sets (2, 3, 2, 2, max) I managed 4 in the last set.

If you are interested into the 100 pushups challenge training, it would be fun to motivate one another here.

The first step would be to find the type of pushups you want to do the challenge with :

the Second step would be to do the initial test. Meaning, to do as many pushups as you can while keeping good form. that value would then be used to find in wich column you'd start Week 1's program.

It is a 3 days a week training with multiple sets and always a last set where you do your max. We could keep track of the total pushups in 1 training and measure our improvements.

I propose we have till Saturday to do the initial test. Then post our results and column we'll be using for the first 2 weeks of training.
