Okay, I did my crunches and I did them on the stability ball as a further challenge. I did 4 sets of 15 periodically throughout the morning. I will do sit ups later this evening to round out the day's challenge. emoticon

I did do my dumb bell squats - 3 sets as per the recommendation. It was a struggle but I got through them.

Hi all, well my fitness test was about as expected. I didn't do as well as I wanted to do, but that is what practice is for - improvement. Thank you for the mini challenge. For the record, I did sit ups and push ups. I need much more practice. Hugs, Deb
