Mostly ABC, NBC a little, rarely CBS. I watch WGN daily as I am in Chicago, love Tom Skilling for weather!

We like CBS because of NCIS and Blue Bloods. I like ABC too for the Blacklist and Law and Order SVU when I'm feeling brave enough to watch them. Criminal Minds creeps me out so I only watch it if my husband does too.

Probably, an equal mix of several for me.

I don't watch a lot on WGN, but I do like the series Manhattan.

Generally, CBS because of NCIS & its spinoffs as well as Criminal Minds.

like I watched Good Will Hunting for the first time last year. I know it came out years ago.

Really good movie.

I want to watch 60 Minutes tonight if that's the show that will talk about Bob Simon the journalist who died in a car wreck last weekend. I don't know if I will see much of the Oscars. I let my husband watch what he wants most of the time especially if I am on the computer. The Oscars take too long and I'll probably be asleep by the time they get to the best movie and actor etc. When our kids were young they enjoyed going to the movies and we watched more movies on TV. They always seemed to know who was who and it was fun to watch the shows with them. I do miss that now that they are so busy raising their own kids.

I haven't seen any of the movies nominated this year. We just don't go to the movies much. I did see the The Night at the Museum which was Robin Williams' last movie performance at the end of the summer with some of my grands and their parents. I had seen the other one or two of the Museum movies, and I wanted to see Robin. I thought his part was prophetic of his death, and that made me sad, but overall it was a fun movie for the kids and it had lots of funny lines and antics

No, I don't really care for awards shows, too many speeches and commercials to sit through. I do enjoy though, watching some the entertainment shows the day after to see what everyone wore.

I haven't seen a new movie in over a year.

I actually haven't watched a lot of movies at all in the past year, but an older movie that I watched recently and is one of my favorites is Shall We Dance with Richard Gere and Susan Sarandon.

I will watch the Oscars, recording it in case I fall asleep - which I probably will. LOL

There are two movies, both nominated, and it is difficult to say which of them would be my favorite. They are THE THEORY OF EVERYTHING and THE IMITATION GAME. I would be really happy if Eddie Redmayne wins Best Actor for the first, and the 2nd won Best Picture. (I do think that BOYHOOD will win best picture.)

My healthy snack will be rice cakes with fruit spread this year, rather than the usual potato chips with dip.

I eat it everyday. Since finishing chemo, I had to change some of my eating habits, things just do not agree with me any more. I eat FAGE plain greek yogurt everyday for lunch. I put it in the freezer for a while and eat it half frozen, I prefer it that way. I have on occasion bought a Jewel store brand of plain greek yogurt, it is a good substitute if FAGE is not available. I do not like any type of sweet yogurt or those with fruit.

I like yogurt. I really like the Dannon Triple Zero that I found recently. It's Greek but with zero fat and zero artificial sweetener. I have found strawberry and like it a lot. Others do too apparently. It's often all gone or only one or two cartons remain for me. I buy the Coconut Creme and Vanilla and add different fruits.

I think I started with regular Yoplait and then moved to Greek yogurt to increase my protein. My daughter introduced me to other Greek yogurts and flavors that she and the grands enjoy , but buying locally is somewhat limiting. I found Chobani with fruit on the bottom, PEACH! Yum, my favorite flavor. I add cinnamon.

Sometimes I have yogurt as a snack, but most of the time it is part of my breakfast with oatmeal or Rice Chex. I need yogurt to help with my lactose intolerance, and I think yogurt is a yummy tasty treat.

In the past I go through "yogurt phases," when I like it and when I hate it. Last year when I joined the Winter 2014 5% Challenge, I began to eat yogurt everyday. I have grown to like it - not love it - but I eat it several times a week. When I am at the office I will have a yoplait or Chobani Greek yogurt either as a snack or as lunch. The Greek yogurt has grown on me and with some of the unusual flavors in which it is available, it doesn't seem quite as bad. Many times I will add a couple tablespoons of berries to it so that helps.

I like yogurt, but just the "regular" kind, I've tried several different brands and flavors of Greek yogurt and I just don't like it. My favorite brands are Yoplait and for an occasional treat, I also like the Muller Corner yogurt.

I rarely eat out unless I am out of town for appts. My husband is a good cook and he cooks Filipino food. We always have leftovers when he cooks. I try to alternate foods that he cooks with something he may have brought home from work or with something I have cooked. I'm accumulating Spark People recipes that we both like, and I may use a Healthy Choice Frozen meal for me in a pinch. It depends on whether we have good weather and can get to the store easily. I keep the pantry stocked with tuna, and canned salmon and mackerel, and sometimes I make and freeze soups or freeze leftovers. If the kids and grands are home we all cook or order pizza for a crowd!!!

I also live alone (except for 2 kitties), and with my health issues, I don't get many chances to go out, so most of my meals are prepared at home. I very rarely get carryout.

Once a month, I meet a group of ladies that I use to work with for a lunch out; other than that, I rarely eat out. Usually when I do eat out, it's breakfast or lunch; with my fatigue problems due to the cancer, I'm too tired to do any socializing in the evening.

One advantage to being single, when I cook, I don't usually have to cook every night because I have almost always have leftovers.

I will roast veggies and make enough for a couple of days.
Today I plan on making veggie chili. I will eat it for a couple of days then freeze the rest.

We have a local market that makes healthy prepared foods Since I live alone (except for my kitty), I don't cook dinner very often - unless I have a craving for something that my mom or grandma made. I usually buy a few things and that's my dinner. I love their veggies so will buy them. This week I have roasted spaghetti squash, bean salad, roasted sweet potato wedges, baked acorn squash, and arancini.

I do make breakfast everyday - as simple as oatmeal or cereal, to breakfast quesadillas, etc. Lunch is usually yogurt & fruit or granola. Snacks tend to be fruits or something with PB.

I actually have found I save money when I buy the prepared foods. Because of my crazy work schedule, I would buy foods to cook and never get them done. I'd eat sandwiches or get take out at a restaurant. I eat healthier buying the prepared foods, and nothing gets thrown out. It also has helped me with portion control.

For your weekly dinner meals, 7 days a week, how many are home cooked, how many are carryouts and how many are eaten at a restaurant.?

I am going to answer first...I usually cook 4 days a week and the other 3 I do get carryouts for home, it's mostly because of my son, or me being tired, I may order him pizza, Chinese, or get chicken. It seems when I cook everyday, I never get ahead with all the dishes and mess. emoticon emoticon I rarely go to restaurants anymore.

To answer the Superbowl question; I'm not into football, so I never watch. I do like the Puppy Bowl on Animal Planet and the Kitten Bowl on the Hallmark channel though! Sunday night I watched a movie on Netflix, Shall We Dance with Richard Gere.

I usually do my laundry on Saturdays; I have a washing machine, but not a dryer; I hang things on hangers or drying racks to dry. I use a variety of different detergents; I watch for sales and use coupons so I get whatever is the best deal. At the moment I am using Purex.

Since I have never had a washer/dryer in my apartment, I have always used the laundromat. With my move, there is a brand new washer/dryer unit in the garage to which I have access. Because I am washing all of the clothes I took with me, I have chosen to use the laundromat. One more bag to get done there and then I will begin using the washer/dryer at home.

This question will help me with how to do it, what products to try, etc. so thanks for replying. :)

How often do you do laundry? at home, or elsewhere? What is your favorite laundry soap?

I glanced at the game now & then, being ecstatic that the Pats won. Woohoo! Too nerve-wracking to watch! No special snacks, especially since I was at a birthday party all afternoon.

I'm a Colts fan ... when I watch football. The past few years I can't recall a single game I watched all the way through, and very few that I even watched a little of. Too many other things to do, and if I'm not busy on a Sunday afternoon I'm either watching Dora with my granddaughter, or napping!

Nonetheless, even though I could care less about the Seahawks, I hope they beat the socks off the Patriots!!

(going to Church this evening, btw ... some folks may bring something to snack on but we are having our normal Sunday night Bible study)

I usually watch every year. I am a Bears and Packers fan, emoticon emoticon and have even been to a game from both teams.

I will go for the Patriots today, as the Sea Hawks beat GB in the playoffs..

I am making Guacamole, and we have a few frozen items to be heated from Trader Joes. Looking forward to see who wins the Walter Payton award, I hope it's Aaron Rodgers! We are staying home, emoticon BIG snow in Chicago! emoticon Cheers! emoticon

and the commercials, they are ok, but they make too much hoopla about them!

I will watch altho my fav team is the Steelers and they have been since the 70's. I will be for the Seahawks today. My DH is being prepped for a Mon procedure so there will be no parties tonight. I will probably just eat some hummus and pretzels if that.

I will post some fun questions for our team each day this month, answer if you wish.

emoticon Since it is Superbowl Sunday, do you watch?

If so, what team will you go for this year? Do you enjoy the commercials?

Do you eat snacks during the game, at home, elsewhere? What snacks might you enjoy?
