My June goals were to run 3 times a week, and I've done that. I also had a goal for my June 4th Watermelon Summer Sunrise 5K #1 to beat my May 7th 5K time of 33:33 (it was hilly, though, and the Watermelon is flat), but I did in 31:17. Then my goal for WSS5K #2 was to beat that time, and I did in 30:53. I rejoined the Y after more than a year off and only running outside. Some of my runs are now treadmill, but still doing one longer Saturday Galloway group run outdoors and some running in my neighborhood.

For July I want to keep running 3x a week. I have WSS5K #3 on July 23rd, but family will be in a condo up in Orlando and I'm going to have to bum a ride back for the race. Not sure it will be conducive to run well, but I'm going to try!
