This Months goals are to make sure I stick to my training plan for my marathon and find effective ways to recover from long runs. This month I have a 17 and 20 mile run planned, as well as shorter runs in between

February 1st-15.4 miles.

Very simple goal this month: continue training for my first half on March 22. My training plan for this month includes a 12 mile run this coming Saturday and a 14 mile run on 2/21, with 800m interval training on the other Saturdays.
