Run a little during vacation - first week of August
Then use both pace and HR as criteria for each run as I get ready to start the next training cycle..

VACATIONING at 9,000 - 10,000 feet
August 01 - 3.25 miles
August 04 - 3.1 miles
August 06 - 4.6 miles
August 08 - 3.14 miles
HOME again
August 11 - 6.19 miles
August 13 - 4.23 miles
August 15 - 4.31 miles


Total for August = 28.82 miles
Total for 2014 through July = 532.47 miles

***I noticed that my feet stopped hurting (arches) while on an 18 day vacation. I ran much less than I normally run. My intervals were very generous given the altitude. I will see what happens now that I am home again and resume more diligent mileage.
