April Goals: run 3x a week with at least one 10 mile run this month; usual two runs of 3-5 miles and a 6-10 mile run on Saturday.

Just signed up for Lakeland Red Ribbon Half Marathon on November 8th and for Galloway group training starting again in June. Am considering Ft Desoto HMs in October and March. Hoping to find a group member to run with/ride with/share motel with. We'll see. Also considering getting involved in yoga as cross-training.

In April: register for Watermelon 5K Series with two in June, one in July, and one in August.

Run half-marathon on Apr 6 (and have fun). Recover, and use TBD training to keep up mileage.

Run half-marathon on Apr 6 (and have fun). Recover, and use TBD training to keep up mileage.

4/1: r/w 3.26 mi
4/3: r/w 2.65 mi

April Goals:

A) Follow a HR training plan
B) Every run will have low, moderate, or high aerobic HR minutes
C) Some runs will include high intensity (anaerobic) HR minutes
D) All, but the longest endurance lower HR run will be run based on minutes rather than miles. The LSR will be based miles for distance all the while maintaining a lower aerobic HR.

04-01: 6.73 miles

Total for April: 6.73 miles
