Ran 1,024 minutes and 95.6 miles for the month of March, 2014.

GOAL: 950 MINUTES. I had no mileage goal except to increase mileage for an upcoming 10 mile run and a half-marathon in October. Had a top run of 10.3 miles in 1:49.

03/11: 2.55 miles (Had to enjoy the warmer weather before the snow came back)

A) Get outside 5 times a week - biking - walking - running
B) Run - injury free (find where this is and stay injury free)
C) ST - at least 2Xs a week.

3/8 6.5 miles
Yesterday's run was beautiful. I ran along the canal roads in our rural N CA area. The sun was bright, the weather perfect, and at the start the temp was 55F. Trees blossoming, birds singing, wild flowers beginning to bloom...it doesn't get much better than this.

See a podiatrist on Thursday, March 6 and get an opinion on my feet.
Then I will determine additional March goals.
