Training for HM in May:

1/1 3.1miles
1/2 25 mins at rec center track
1/4 40 mins treadmill
1/6 30 mins treadmill
1/8 30 mins rec center track
1/9 2.5miles
1/11 80 min - run 3 walk 1 at rec center (LSD)
1/14 2.85 miles

Goals for January - follow Cap City HM schedule and try to be consistent even in cold/snow/rainy conditions.

It is hard for me to figure out mileage at the rec center track - it is 1/10th of a mile around but I get "crazy" trying to keep track of laps and my treadmill is not calibrated correctly so not sure of the mileage so I just do minutes.. Takes me about 31-32 minutes to do a 5K
