Total running= 5.65
Did one 1 mile walk with dog and 13.5 miles on bike whew! I was a little stiff this morning but once I loosened up I felt good.

Goals: Run/Walk 40 miles this month . Starting with 7 this week and working my way up to 11 in week three. I am off work (staycation) the last two full weeks so I will have plenty of work out time!! Yeah!!
Almost forgot about biking some trails too!!
