Hello! How are things going? I *gained* 2 pounds this week and I'm trying to pinpoint the problem. I biked everywhere I went, went running twice and went to yoga twice. I cut down on chocolate and juice and bread. So I'm pretty disappointed that I gained 2!

If you don't like the road you're walking, start paving another one!

Hi! Seeing as we have such a small group, let's make it another DIY challenge. I'm trying to exercise every day, I've only missed one day this month (I had a dreadful headache for 35 hours).

I've been riding my bike to work most days, jogging 3 times a week and going to yoga at least once a week.

If you don't like the road you're walking, start paving another one!
