March is over! I dropped 2 pounds this week and I feel pretty great! I didn't slim down around my abs yet though.

It's hard to keep it up! Do what you can!

I've been working out more but actually gained weight, and it's NOT muscle!

I'm going to work on my arms - I'm going to start back at the Glitter get some guns - i.e. the 100 push-up plan. And I'll be supporting that with tricep dips - one of my least liked exercises of all time.

Hey! March is coming up and we need another challenge. I'm going to try and keep up with 20 minutes a day of any exercise, like the February challenge. I missed only one day so far!

For March, Sudley suggested:

I was thinking March we could each pick our own target area and work towards a measurable goal. I want to target my arms, and by the end of March I want to be able to do the workout I just did (struggling with 5 pound weights) with 10 pound weights.

And I love her idea... how about you? I'd like to work on my abs/belly. I don't know how much is reasonable to expect myself to lose around the waist in a month, so I'm going to ask at the gym. I just saw a photo of myself where I looked like I might be preggo...so time to reduce my belly diameter!
