ouch abs!

I went to a pretty intense yoga class last night so I didn't do the abs exercises at home. Feeling the burn today nonetheless!

How will it take to see results?

If you don't like the road you're walking, start paving another one!

Good question! I'm taking them from this list of "core" exercises:

When you click on the exercise it tells you which muscles it targets. Then you have to go back to Fitness Tracker to add them. There might be an easier way but I don't know it!

Hi! Every day this week, I'm going to do 3 sets of abs exercises from the Spark suggestions. You too? I want to wear skirts with a shirt tucked in this summer and it looks nicer on a flat belly!
