I was just thinking that today when I realized it's May 1 already! I was trying to think of a challenge but there are so few of us.

Do you have pedometers? We could do a daily steps challenge.

Or would you like to do a challenge to help build a new healthy habit like having protein 3 meals a day or eating 5 servings fruit/veg? Or something else?

today i posted my planned foods for tomorrow. i ate horribly today and was so unconscious about it that i didn't even notice until i was doing the dishes after liv was in bed. so, in order to make my eating more intentional and conscious, i'm going to plan it in advance as much as i can.

but i did go to the gym today and work out hard! amazingly, i haven't lost my stamina or strength regardless of being down and out with a cold for the past week. woot to that!

I have been off work this week and next. I have been working on my house and garden but now its raining so my painting and my garden are on hold for now. I just wanted to check in and say Im still here. Just enjoying a little respite.

Hiya! Welcome to a fresh new month! For April's challenge, let's try to do something every day that helps you get to your goals.

I'm going to get back to drinking water and do some exercise every day. I've gone to yoga 2 days in a row and I got some exercise DVDs at the library.
