The first Omron I got was two years ago and have since handed that done to my son (who has washed it several times - don't advise that, his is starting to not count steps), I moved on to the one that downloads to the computer and carry it in my front pocket, got hubby one and he wears it clipped to his waist band. Apparently he was competing with me as to how many steps last time he came up from downloading the info, he was quite pleased with himself. :-) Hmmm ... what a sneaky way to get him going.

I got mine at the Bartells in Lake Stevens so I could get it that day... Love it!

We could do a mile/step combination.

Try Omron for a step counter, you can get it online (costco has it on sale right now through the website) or I understand that Walmart carries the Omron pedometers in their pharmarcy. You can wear it clipped to your waist or in your pocket and the newest one downloads to a program on your computer.

Oh, Bartells carry Omron too, but they are little bit more pricey - but they are a local company, like Costco.
