I've sorta let this month go so will be ready for a fresh start in October.

I get frustrated with questions rhat do not concern me..such as: comparing the calories in cookies which depends on the recipe! or movie candies... or so many others...I do not buy or make cookiess, go to movies or if I did would not buy a whole box of candy to eat etc so am not concerned with the number of calories in them.

Maybe if I went to a movie I'd tap a nearby person that was eating candy he'd be better off to eat snow drops :)

However, in general I think this site is a great learning site...!!!

Personal goal is to weigh in 159 by the end of May 2019. I did not make my previous goal so must do better...I ACHIEVED THE GOAL OF REACHING 151 IN MAY 2013. A LOSS OF 37 POUNDS! Summer of 2014 I gained 10 pounds of it back while traveling to the BVI's and Ireland so I have set a new goal for 2019 to be back to below 155.
