I was thinking this morning, I wonder what my weight loss equals too. I could not wait to get home and look it up. I got home and what do I find, I have lost a sperm whales brain. I am starting a few days late here, but would like to join. My food intake the last few days has been off due to my 7 year old sharing his strep and I can not exercise due to a back injury but I would love the push on the rest so here is my total so far this week.

I also feel like it is a lot more food to eat than I am used to. But, I did lose weight my first week. I have divided the food into 5 meals instead of 3 meals on a few days this week. Adding my snack made for 6 mini meals.... well, bigger than "mini meals", but easier for me to handle. I am not feeling hungry all the time anymore...so I think that is a positive.
Water to me is BLAH.... I have added a few drops of lemon juice and add ice. That has made it better for me. I also count my herbal tea as a water.

I did not get a chance to get on here till today but I had weighed in on Mon and wrote it down as I do every mon. So I can still participate in the challange. My weight on Mon was 205.4

I have to admit that I am really confused. I don't know exactly what I am supposed to do as far as posting, I don't know how to properly enter the food I have eaten and I am getting rather overwhelmed with all the stuff on this website.
