I always carry fruit leather (fruit to go?) in my purse, I bring like 4 to work, and eat one every two hours and it always holds me through, and its just dried fruit. I have a lunch half way through the day too... but for four fruit to goes its 200 calories. Thats pretty awesome to me :)

popcorn with nutritional yeast, garlic powder, and a little bit of pepper. YUM.

I'm really into hummus right now. I definitely go through phases with it, but I've been snacking on a raspberry chipotle hummus that has a really great kick and is super good with carrots and also super good on sandwiches. I like that there are so many different flavors and that two tablespoons is always so surprisingly filling (which I just don't understand).

I really like those Kashi granola bars, too! Especially the go lean crunchy peanut butter chocolate ones. Yum.

String cheese! It doesn't have to be refrigerated, if you're just out for the day. You can get by without refrigerating individual yogurts, too, for a while (I do this almost daily, sometimes for 6-7 hours, with no ill effects).

If you're one of those lucky people who find "filling" beverages actually filling, you could mix up Slim Fast or Spirutein or something like that in a travel mug--nobody will know you're snacking!

Dried fruit travels well, though you have to be careful about measuring how much you're taking. Ditto dry cereal, actually--I've seen people snacking on Cheerios and Frosted Mini Wheats in my classes, in grad school.

Hope this helps!

Any fruits and veggies are nice. Some of my fav snacks are grapes with a few cheese cubes, cucumber slices, or even carrot sticks and hummus. You can make your own hummus (though I've never tried) or just look for some at the store. They usually have a good mix of flavors, but you'll want to check out the calories on one you like.

I'm in love with the Kashi granola bars (trail mix is my favorite). Low calories but very filling.

I like snacking on fruit, it's generally 100 calories or under and it's easy to put in your bag and have as an on-the-go snack. I also like yoghurts but they can be hard to take with you, if you have a little lunch box with an ice pack their great. Again if you have an ice pack I like having a peice of cheese to snack on, about 60 calories depending on the brand. Generally I pack some plain rice crackers in my bag incase I get hungry when I'm out and there's nothing else avaliable, their about 16 calories for the really big ones. Of course you can't go past vegetables; carrot, celery, capsicum and cucumber are all great cut into thick strips and if you need a dip try some avocado mashed up with a little lime juice. Hope this helps, good luck

A yummy healthy snack I like to have is to cut up banana, and apple mixed together. Adding a little Whipped Cream adds a nice "dessert" taste with just 20 calories. The fruit would be a good snack during class.
Also, the 100 calorie snack packs would be good to take during class. The thing about these is they help with the portion control. :c)

It's been a long night
Trying to find my way
Been through the darkness
Now I finally have my day
And I will see my dreams come alive at last
I will touch the sky
And they're not gonna hold me down no more
No there not gonna change my mind
