Believe it or not I've had MY EXCUSES TODAY. I found every excuse in the book not to go to the gym. The main one? The cold. Didn't want to go out in it. But I broke through and went anyway. I had the entire gym to myself Not a soul showed up the entire hour I was there!
So I did 20 minutes on the treadmill 20 minutes on the Elliptical strider, 100 reps on the ab machine; now lifting 70 lbs! And last but not least I pushed through 20 minutes on the rowing machine.

love the idea of this...thanks Marion...I am going to take a raincheck on this one though.....
I am away from 22nd Jan to 16th Feb and don't want to start things in 2013 that i am not going to finish....
Having said that i have just done my garden and also my house today...lol plenty of fitness minutes in that lot....

Whoever has the most workout days wins this one!
Minimum workout time 30 minutes/day


Daily Guidelines

A lot of us may have our limits to our levels of physical activity but do what we can.
Each of us knows our limits but we also know how far we can push ourselves to over come those limits.
Some of us already have a routine established whether it's 30-60 minutes a day 2-3 days a week, 5-6 days a week or more.
It's all good.

If your new to the team and participating and just starting out 30 minutes a day is great! For our more seasoned members participating you can continue what you are doing or push yourself to new limits!
