I wasn't doing too well the second half of October, work was very straining and then I caught a cold on top of that. Two days before the end of the month I realised that I only had 35,000 steps left to make it to 400,000 steps, even though I had only set a goal for 300,000. So I gave it a push and did it. Proud of myself this month!
