Sorry I cannot take part in the challenge in October and was unable to finish September. My Garmin Vivofit is on the blink and I had to send it in for repairs. The tracker was actually burning my batteries !! No wonder I had so much trouble synchronizing lately.

Hope to be back in November. Depends on how long the repairs take.

I don't know how many steps I take. I don't have a fitbit, pedometer or other fitness perk. I do have MP player and earphones and do walk/jog intervals.

I don't have $5 million in my bank account and don't know what is best perk or anything. I do know my cousin Brandon and his wife have something that wraps around the upper arm, I don't know what it is , if it tracks anything or anything about it.

My goal is to workout at least 20 or more minutes in 3-6 days each week. I always rest on the seventh day.

I had spine surgery on September 28 so my October goal will be to walk a little more every day. I don't know how well my pedometer will record my steps walking at a slow pace.

Not sure if I should even set a goal for October, after going for an average of 14,000 steps a day for the last couple of months I am now facing a month with 12+ work hours per day, Saturday work, and most of that desk work. Not sure if I'll be able to walk much. But I'll shoot for 10,000 a day nevertheless, 310,000 for October.
