I'm going to try for a minimum 3000 per day on Mondays thru Saturdays (increasing by 500 steps each week). Sundays are the one day I won't track because that's generally rest days for us. I won't wear the pedometer on those days, though some Sundays I may wish I had. Never-the-less, I'm recording steps only 6 days per week. My goal for June is 57,000 steps.

My June Step goal is : At least 300,000.

This month I am going to have one day of rest a week. Last month I didn't rest enough and my body was in pain from pushing too hard. A day of rest did so much good to eliminate the pain.
