Weird - it seemed to be at the top of the challenges section so I just presumed....!

I am aggravated that this is either the 2nd month in a row or the 2nd out of 3 that I've "lost" my post, which I am absolutely certain I both entered and updated at least once. ~~sigh~~ emoticon

Rather than re-entering every day this month, I will simply state that my goal for May was 400K steps. As of yesterday, actual was 400,596. emoticon and today and tomorrow to be added to it.

I read on spark that 10,000 is the goal for typical people and 12,000 to 15,000 steps is for loosing weight. I have a lot of weight to loose but find it hard to get in all that many steps, but I am going for 12,000 a day now that the weather is nicer and the days are longer.

My goal is exercise 3-6 days each week and rest on the seventh day. May 6 I played 10 minutes basketball and 90 minutes volleyball. May 7th I walked 6 miles. Today I walked 4 miles.

Make one small change at a time. Even the smallest things make the biggest difference especially in weight loss :)

Okay...inasmuch as the technical glitch places this 2016 posting in May 2018, I will just to an addendum to it...modernize this post!

As of May 27, 2018, I had 294,409 steps, to which I add
1,682 for Monday
10,165 for Tuesday
11,686 for Wednesday and
5,149 for Thursday, May 31.

All this adds up to 323,091 steps for May, 2018.

My goal was 310,000 steps, so I hit the team goal and exceeded it, which was my personal goal. Mission accomplished! I will report this on the summary page.
