Not quite 50/50 but I do try to eat well most of the time and eat some fun foods along the way. Making sure I get some activity in as well as try to snack on veggies rather than chips and crackers really helps me do much better.

Probably when I'm tired and my husband wants me to stay up late and watch TV with him but I do much better with that when I walk and watch TV instead of sitting down until I'm too tired to eat!

I would say all of the above but had a stressful event a few weeks ago and lost 10 pounds in a short time, so it depends on what is going on. Sure wouldn't recommend it for a weight loss method.

There was a time I struggled with both. Water, I just wasn't thirsty or had that thirst for water like I did when I first lost weight. Finally got water together and its easy, I keep a bottle with me at all times (even keep a jug of water at my desk).

Fitness I stopped using the excuse I didn't have time. Finally made time, 10 min increments.
