We don't have them here, but Reese's peanut butter eggs would definitely be my downfall. I'm glad they're not available.

Tracking, portion control, and WATER!!!!! Even if I find out that I've eaten something that isn't agreeing with my body, I can flush it out with WATER!!!! Unfortunately I had to learn this the hard way, when I found out that I had Celiac Disease. I was loaded with wheat and gluten, and hurting so bad, and God told me to DRINK WATER and flush my system.

Blessings!

Hi Bine! Do they have any holiday or whatever comparable in Germany that involves wearing a certain color?

As for me, if I happen to remember when I wake up on Tuesday I may throw some green on somewhere--I don't own any really green things; I think 'teal' is the closest.

I'm not a yogurt fan. I used to buy those Yoplait Whips and freeze them as a snack but I just didn't really love them. They were just okay. I've used Greek yogurt in a couple of recipes I make frequently but I've never eaten them as-is.

This year is all about me and my quest to unload this extra person I have been hauling around.

When I first started eating Greek yogurt, it was plain, as that's what my meal plan called for and when I took the first bite, I spit it out. I found out though that if you cut fruit up and put it in the plain yogurt, it's FANASTIC! I've also had the different flavors of Greek Yogurt and I love them as well!

Thanks for the recipe!

Have you tried Greek yogurt(plain or flavored)? Do you like the taste, texture or nutrition profile of Greek yogurt?

Plain Greek Yogurt 0% fat is a staple in my diet. I mash berries in it; mix hummus and salsa with it for a veggie dip.
I used to buy Fage, but HEB is just as good and cheaper.
I do not ever use the flavored.
