I exercise regularly (mostly outside), eat enough veggies/fruit and get quality sleep.
I try to wash my hands a lot, especially after going out, using public transport etc.
I also drink tons of water and try to tame stress.

I don't struggle with either of them badly. Of course, there are days when I don't feel like exercising, and there are days when I do give in to a food craving, but both are rare and I hardly fall completely off the wagon. On the other hand, neither my exercise regimen nor my diet are very strict, for me it's all about finding a way that I can keep on for life.

Which part of the weight-loss equation is more difficult for you to stick with: Diet or Exercise?

Exercise. I have had to track nutrition for years because of T1D. I never paid attention to calories before; just carbs. Now I eat really cleanly except for fat, but it's not the struggle that getting in exercising/steps is!

Most of the time, but I don't pig out. I eat a small amount so I'm not craving it anymore. That usually works, but not always. There are just some foods that I eat too much of no matter what.

I give in to cravings now and then because in the past I have experienced that some cravings tend to get out of control, so I try to satisfy cravings reasonably nothing too unhealthy or out of proportion. I figure my body may be trying to tell me something and I better listen.

i seldom have cravings since i don't deny myself any particular food, although i make sure to always have healthier alternatives on hand that i may want to eat, that's just as satisfying.

My weakness is sweets, so I try not to keep them around.
I give in sometimes; today I was at a conference where there were cookies available. I did eat ONE, so I didn't pig out on them, but I did eat the one.

A few years ago I lost a large amount of weight doing a restrictive eating plan. It was all healthy food with few supplements and few things I didn't personally buy at the grocery store. I found that it was not sustainable for me and I'm more successful if I plan some treats in my life.

I don't miss a lot of things. A lot of foods no longer hold any interest to me and I get those as treats for my children. It is amazing how long Oreos last at my house until I have company. Ice cream goes bad.

I still want to eat some things and I plan them in my life.

My sister lost over 100 pounds by counting calories and walking. She now belongs to a gym and is very active. She had ice cream every single day she was losing weight. She had a very small bowl and had figured out what a portion of ice cream was. She usually had the lower fat and sugar ones, but she did eat was tasted good. She enjoyed her treat every day and enjoyed the victory of having something that was fun and tasty and a treat.

I think it depends on what you want to do and how you want to do it. No forbidden foods on my list. Just not everything every day.

The longer I eat exclusively nutritious food, the less I crave anything that doesn't nourish me.

I think about what I crave and recognize that it won't be good for me and go do something active instead or drink some water.

Facing a craving.....hmm. Sometimes I give in. The neat thing is about WHAT I have been craving. For the last several months I've craved good stuff, not junk, so I look at what my caloric intake can stand if I do give in.
