1/1-3 23,788 steps I completed the December challenge of 50 miles
my total was 75.64.

walking daily all day walked up 21 flights of stairs and walked 11176 steps today back to work.
I use the fit bit that shows how many steps and how many flights. everyone have a good night

I do have my surgery dates in January and they are on the 8th and then again on the 15th. That being said, I'll say that I'll do 50,000 steps, as I don't know how long the recovery time is or how long I'll be in the hospital for each of the surgeries. God willing, I'll get the 50,000 and more if God enables me to do it!
