Please mark off which ones you have done. You can put #1 - done, etc. I just put all of it so it is easier to remember which ones we are working on.

#1. Treat yourself for your hard work. Find a quiet place and be with yourself, go for a walk, meditate, read a book, reflect...How do you feel? Report back on what your treat was, make it special. emoticon Got to see a former student; it was nice talking with her.

#2. Today you need to Eat 2 Vegetables emoticon emoticon and 2 Fruit emoticon emoticon emoticon

#3. Go to a Sparks friends Page and say something nice to them today. Give them a emoticon or a Goodie make them feel Special. emoticon

#4. Exercise Today for 12 minutes and report what you did emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon - walked 4.5 miles.

I enjoyed reflecting on my week long stay-cation, how much I accomplished and how I can't wait to retire so I can do that all of the time!

#2. Today you need to Eat 2 Vegetables Corn, Peas, Lettuce, and 2 Fruit Watermelon, Cantelope, Grapes

#3. Go to a Sparks friends Page and say something nice to them today. Give them a emoticon or a Goodie make them feel Special.Done!

#4. Exercise Today for 12 minutes and report what you did Hubby and I walked 9.5 miles in 2 hours and 20 minutes. We are getting ready to participate in a half marathon next month (we are walking it, not running it)

#l. I read around 30 pages in a very good book I am reading. I felt really good about that. It was just "time" for me.

#2. Vegetables--potatoes, tomatos emoticon emoticon
Fruits--strawberries, cherries emoticon emoticon

#3.Visited several friends page...gave them both goodie, and emoticon

#4. I rode my bike and did over 30 minutes emoticon
