I just read a study on daily vs weekly or only periodic standing on the scale. I'm a daily person.. I like the ability to show trends. I fluctuate quite a bit from morning to evening. every morning... I have a Aria /fitbit scale so it uploads automatically. I'm much less afraid of being 2lbs heavier today that yesterday because I know that's not accurate in a day. I could be a variety of reasons.. Don fear the daily weigh ins...

I use an app called Happy Scale so daily weigh-ins get recorded and I get to see my "trend". Weight fluctuations for many different reasons daily so seeing trends is nice.

I do, but weighed weekly while losing weight - daily fluctuations can be discouraging and because I had a weekly goal - once/week worked for me.
