Intermittent fasting is one of those things that works fantastically for a lot of people and not for others. We all have varying hunger signals, hunger times, etc. For some, skipping breakfast leads to ravenous hunger. For others, not so much, and it saves them a few calories.

For me, it's a great way to lose and maintain weight and minimize my risk of Type 2 diabetes, which runs rampant in my family due to genetics.

Truth be told, I used to always skip breakfast simply because I wasn't hungry and sometimes was downright nauseated in the early mornings at the thought of food. I only started to have weight problems when I started eating "the most important meal of the day."

At the moment, I'm not doing intermittent fasting because I'm breastfeeding, so I'm taking it slow and easy and focusing on eating healthier. But I certainly plan to do so once baby is eating more solids.

Not sure I could just eat 2x/day - I eat 5 small meals now...
