That would be a very hard situation to be in for sure. The desperation of that next fix can be horrendous. Perhaps you could Write into the Dr. Phil Show???

Or what about those people that do interventions perhaps you could find out about them if there are any close to where you live.

Dealing with someone on drugs and or with alcohol addiction especially a family member can be very hard she's luck she has you! emoticon

a melt down of sorts happened the other day . ended with my granddaughter screaming and storming out of the house . living things have gotten so bad at the house with her stealing stuff and pawning it to get money for drugs . Her new tv was taken from her room and sold this was the second in a year . now she can be without one . everything from i pod have disappeared from the home.she says its not her but we all know it was . she got income tax back and she spent it in one day . almost six hundred dollars . she make promises she does not keep . and now she is no longer working . her mom says she can not come back home . she is 27 soon to be 28.Arrested many times for many things.

Addict are made daily and it starts simply by wanting to stop some pain . it is not safe to take anything . even that what a doctor says he can give you . My own grandchild is an addict . those are words that are to hard to face and say .
