I suppose many people may only willing to recognise land that protrudes thru the water surface as a continent.
Many land masses were once joined but have become separated with time

Thanks i think it's important to do lots of research and not just listen to what your doctor says or what someone tells you about. One has to make up there own mind.

I love also that by researching I learn lots of new things everyday! emoticon

Um I've watched a few of his blogs / video's now. Although I would never buy any of his supplements. One I did watch says he is not out to get you to buy anything from him or do anything he says. He says he just wants to give you the information to do your own research on and that i liked when I heard that.

I don't only take either what he says as gospel I do my own research.

I just thought this was worth sharing as it may help someone, as it is something along the lines of what I believe in.

i'm still doing my own research in the very early stages of it all.

I'm not saying yet Dr. Berg is right or wrong, but I think what he says is at least worth investigating further. I did not mind giving out my email address to get the results as I figured after a while if I don't like what I am getting I can unsubscribe. It's very easy to do.

His body type test is one of many out there I just shared one.

I think Dr.Berg is pretty much about flogging his own supplements and programs.

He starts off saying that he can only get someone to lose weight when their health improves.
This implies that unless you take HIS supplements you wont be in a position to lose weight

I looked @ the test, but don't like sites that ask for my email, so while I finished I didn't get results. I'm also blessed in that I don't suffer the symptoms listed.

I do have some workday go-to meals:
Breakfast smoothie - 1/2 banana with skin, 1 c blueberries, 1 c strawberries, thick slice pineapple, 1 cup kale mix, tbsp each chia seed, ground flax seed, hemp seed, nutritional yeast flakes, avocado and unsweetened almond milk
(I freeze my ingredients (except the almond milk & avocado) so by morning, they consume much less space)
Lunch - brussels sprouts, sugar snap peas, carrots, broccoli, mushrooms, peppers (1/2 cup each) microwaved 3 minutes and served with 1 cup 0% fat Fage mixed with 1 tbsp EVOO

This link should be able to tell you Richard. Basically Flexitarian for me would be the way to go as I thought from the very beginning before I even knew about body types and mine being Liver.

Now to research more about BILE SALTS TO PERHAPS take. i won't be buying anything from Dr. Berg. His information is great though.

The more I learn the more a Flexitarian type diet makes the most sense to me. I might start back making a smoothie in the morning with 1 medium banana, 1 cup of kale and 1 cup of oat milk and a few cubes of ice. I may even have a boiled egg or poached egg for protein. this may could my staple breakfast. it's quick and easy to do and healthy.

Not counting calories so all that would be 1 serve. Will have to go to the shop tomorrow and get some kale.

Might go back to making my salads in jar enough for the whole week also. If I make different ones that will help vary it up a bit. then look at vegetables and fish for dinners with some occasional chicken perhaps. might even look up a good vegetable fried rice recipe as one of my meatless meals each week, plus I make a nice minestrone meatless soup that is great. all new recipes to work out and think about.

I should be eating more cruciferous vegetables for liver type. I know I don't nearly eat enough.

Here is list of the cruciferous vegetables:

Bok Choy
Broccoli
Brussel Sprouts
Cabbage
Cauliflower
Collard Greens
Kale
Mustard greens
Radish
Turnip
Watercress

I'm still working all this out.

Has anyone else in the team other than Richard and I done the test to work out what body type you are. I would be interested to know.
