because my daughters boyfriend is a pescatarian, ovo, lacto vegetarian, in that he eats fish, eggs and dairy products. This to a large degree is a regime that we have adopted in our household.
It is an exceptionally easy way to plan, prepare and eat.
on occasions if my wife is preparing a big batch of food that may contain meat or gelatin, she will split it into 2 versions, 1 being the regular and the other conforming to a meat/gelatin-free version.
quite often these meals are frozen or refrigerated for future consumption.
The vegetarian equivalent is passed on from my daughter(who works at our place) to her boy-friend(for them both to consume)
Cheers Richard

I am at the moment mostly meat free 2 days a week, as in no red meat, ham, chicken, turkey fish or whatever. Have been this way for a about a year or maybe even 2 now.

It's something I just happened to fall into and feel so much better for it.

Keep Smiling,
Positive Paula

I eat peanut butter and jelly for lunch most days of the week. I did 3 days this week and am going to today. I am having salad, cucumbers, and carrots with it today.

emoticon I love cucumbers, to me, they taste like spring smells!!!
