You may have noticed some members having success with a limited carbohydrate diet.
I am personally following a restricted calorie diet in which very little carbohydrate or fat is consumed. The alcohol I have each day compensates for fat in my diet.
Near the top of this site is a reference to the Flexitarian diet.

Just thought I would refresh everyone as to how good this diet is.

The link that I will post here shows this diet to be the 4th best in the US.
The good thing about this link is you can research all manner of diets and see what they stand for
